TERMS AND CONDITIONS
During the Promotion Period defined below, Digicel is offering the “Be Mom’s Hero – Handset Offer” (the “Promotion”).
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in this Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Digicel (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago with registered offices at 11C Maraval Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “you” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy which you can access via Digicel’s website.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
1. What is this Promotion about?
With the “Be Mom’s Hero – Handset Offer”, during the period from Friday, 29th April, 2022 to Monday, 16th May, 2022 (“Promotional Period”), existing and new Digicel Prepaid mobile customers, who purchase a DL4 Long Term Evolution (“LTE”) handset (“Handset”) in any Digicel store (or store that is an authorized dealer of Digicel) and also purchase the 30 Day Prime bundle for $199 (VAT exclusive), will receive that same Prime bundle for FREE when the first bundle expires.
2. Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion?
All Digicel prepaid mobile customers are eligible to participate in the Promotion
3. How does this Promotion work?
Once you purchase from Digicel the Handset and a 30 Day Prime 199 bundle during the Promotional Period, the 30 day Prime 199 bundle will renew for FREE.
Additional Terms and Conditions
This offer is for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the this promotion.
Digicel shall have the right to disqualify any individual from availing of this offer, if, in its sole opinion, the offer is being abused by that individual.
Digicel reserves the right to terminate this Promotion if, in its sole opinion, the offer is being abused.
Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) this Promotion being offered to its customer at its discretion.
Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.
Customers shall be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made via the use of a short code from a mobile handset or via the My Digicel App shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.
Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from your participation in the Promotion
Subject to the above, the standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions shall apply.
