Terms & Conditions


These Refer. Reward. Repeat. Program (the “Program”) terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Program. You should read these Terms carefully before participating.

“We”, “our” or “us” means Digicel (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago with registered offices at 11C Maraval Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad. 

“I”, “you” and “Referrer” means the person participating in the Program.

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and you consent to Digicel informing your Referral that it obtained their information from you.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should not participate in the Program.


1)    What is the Refer. Reward. Repeat. Program?

The Refer. Reward. Repeat. Program allows Digicel+ customers (“Referrer”) the opportunity to earn $150.00 (“Incentive”) for referring new customers  (“Referral”) to our Digicel+ service. Once your Referral has been signed up and successfully installed with our Digicel+ service, you will receive a $150.00 credit towards your Digicel+ bill for each new customer that is referred and successfully installed.


2)    How can I participate in this Program?

In order to participate in this Program:

·       you must be a Digicel+ customer whose account is active and in good standing; and

·       you must access the following link, fill out the form and submit same:



3)    For which Digicel plans/products does my Referral need to sign up and be installed in order for me, as the Referrer, to get the Incentive?

In order for you to get for the Incentive, your Referral needs to sign up and be successfully installed for any of our Digicel+ services, that is, internet, television, Smart Home or bundled plans.


4)    Are there any reasons why my Referral may not qualify me to earn the Incentive?

If your Referral:

a.     is an existing Digicel+ customer;

b.     has already signed up for a Digicel+ service but is awaiting installation;

c.     resides in an area where we are unable to provide the Digicel+service; or

d.     was already referred by another Digicel+ customer,

the Incentive will not be given to you.


5)    How and when will I receive the Incentive?

Once your Referral has been successfully installed with the Digicel+ service, the Incentive will be applied to your next Digicel+ bill.


6)    Can I, as the Referrer, get the Incentive as cash instead of credit that is applied towards my Digicel+ bill?

No. The Incentive cannot be exchanged for cash.


7)     Can I, as the Referrer, request to have the Incentive transferred to someone else’s Digicel+ account?

No. The Incentive cannot be transferred.


8)    If I have two Digicel+ accounts, to which account will the Incentive be applied?

Your account under which your Referral was submitted will be credited with the Incentive.


9)    If I have any questions about this Program, who do I contact?

You can visit the portal (link provided above) to submit your query by visiting ‘View Referrals’.

Next to the Referral’s name that you would have submitted, under ‘Options’ column, click on ‘Query’ and complete the information on the form.


10) Additional Terms and Conditions

Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel these Terms and/or the Program. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to these Terms or cancellation of this Program, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice by posting such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.
