The following are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Bundle:-  

 

1. What are the Postpaid Prime Bundle features?

 The Postpaid Prime Bundle features are shown in the table below:

Customers should note the following:

      *Anywhere Minutes apply to local calls (i.e. Digicel mobile, non-Digicel mobile and landline numbers), Digicel Caribbean mobile numbers (including Guyana and Jamaica), US, Canada and UK landlines (only).

      Late payment will result in the removal of unused rollover minutes and data

      Postpaid Prime Bundle customers who have fully utilized their bundle can purchase Add-Ons to the bundle to access additional services. If the customer is unable to purchase anymore, Add-Ons an automatic message will be sent to call Customer Care by dialing 100.

 

2. How can I purchase the Postpaid Prime Bundle Postpaid Prime Bundle?

 You can purchase the Postpaid Prime Bundle via any of our retail stores and via our door-to-door sales agents.

4. What are the old Postpaid plans?

 

Postpaid Unlimited 350

Postpaid Unlimited 550

Postpaid Unlimited 750

 

 

5. What happens to my package if I am on one of the old Postpaid plans?

If you are on the Postpaid Unlimited 350 plan, you will be migrated to the Postpaid Prime 350 bundle.  You will receive an SMS notification when you are migrated.  If you are on the Postpaid Unlimited 550 or the Postpaid Unlimited 750 plans, you can remain on those plans or you can choose to migrate to a Prime bundle.  Please note that the old postpaid plans are no longer available for purchase going forward.

 

6. Will my unused minutes and data from my old Postpaid plan rollover?

 Yes, your unused minutes and your unused data from your old postpaid plan will rollover for as long as you remain on that plan. However, if your account becomes one-way barred (i.e. cannot make calls) due to outstanding payments, your rollover data and minutes will be lost.

 

7.  Can I purchase more than one roaming plan?

 Yes; you can purchase an EZ Roam Plan and a Caribbean Roaming Passport Plan at the same time. However, you are not able to purchase two (2) EZ Roam Plans or two (2) Caribbean Roaming Passport Plans at the same time.

 

8.  Where can I call with the Anywhere Minutes voice bundle and Add-On?

 You can make calls to the following with the Anywhere Minutes voice bundle and Add-On:-

 

- Any local number (i.e. Digicel mobile, non-Digicel mobile and landline numbers )

-  Digicel Caribbean numbers

-  USA

-  Canada

-  UK landlines only

 

9. When my bundle is depleted, how do I get more minutes or data?

 You will receive a notification when your bundle is depleted, which will prompt you to activate an Add-On of minutes or data by dialing *323# or visiting the MyDigicel App.

 

10. What Add-Ons are available with the Postpaid Prime Bundle?

 The following Add-Ons are available with your Postpaid Prime Bundle:

11. How can I request these Add-Ons?

 You can request these Add-Ons by dialing *323# from your Digicel mobile phone or using the MyDigicel App.

 

12. How often can I purchase these Add-Ons?

 You can purchase multiple Add-Ons. These Add-Ons will be charged to your bill and the additional minutes or data will be credited to your account.

 

13. What happens when I reach my Add-Ons limit?

 When you reach your Add-Ons limit, you will not be allowed to purchase any more Add-Ons. You will receive an SMS asking you to contact Customer Care by dialing 100 from your handset. .

 

14. What countries can I call with the 30 ‘Rest of World’ Minutes voice Add-On? 

 You can call any destination outside of the Anywhere Destination with your Rest of World Minutes, with the exception of Antarctica, Ascension, Cook Islands, Cuba, Falkland Islands, Guinea Bissau, Honduras, Saint Helena Sao Tome & Principe, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, as well as satellite phones. 

 

 Anywhere Destinations are the following :-

 

-  Local mobile and landline numbers

-  US mobile and landline numbers

- Canada mobiles and landlines numbers

-  UK landlines numbers only

-  Digicel Caribbean countries (as stated at Question 3 above) – i.e. Digicel mobile numbers only (including Jamaica and Guyana)

             

15. What will happen if I choose to continue roaming after I have reached my credit limit?

16. What is the security deposit required for this  Postpaid Prime Bundle?

 The security deposit will be equivalent to one month’s subscription fee for this Postpaid Prime Bundle.

 

17. Can I sign up for any of the old Postpaid plans?

 No; the old plans are no longer available for purchase. You can only sign up or upgrade to the Postpaid Prime Bundle.

 

18. What are the local out of bundle (i.e. Pay As You Go) rates for this Postpaid Prime Bundle?

There are no local out of bundle (i.e. Pay As You Go) rates for this Postpaid Prime Bundle. You will now how have to purchase an Add-On to access any feature outside of your bundle.

 

19. Is there a short code to check my bundled minutes and data?

 The short codes to check your bundled minutes and data are as follows:-

20. If I have a Blackberry device, can I use the bundled data assigned for my Postpaid Prime Bundle?

 No; this plan cannot be accessed by a Blackberry device

 SportsMax is the Caribbean’s most widely distributed and most watched sports channel. The app version allows customers with a data capable phone to access sporting activity on the go.

 

22. What is BIP Messenger?

 BiP Messenger is a communication platform that provides customers the opportunity to keep in touch with friends, family, influencers, interests and brands through messaging, voice and video calls.                    

 

23. What is GoLoud?

 GoLoud is the ultimate audio experience where you can listen to the best selection of local radio and the most popular podcasts from around the world and right next door.

 

24. What is Loop?

 Loop is the Caribbean’s most downloaded news app that provides customers with breaking news, sport, entertainment and lifestyle stories that are relevant and current.

 

25. Additional Terms and Conditions

 This Postpaid Prime Bundle is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the Postpaid Prime Bundle.

 Digicel reserves the right to terminate the Postpaid Prime Bundle forthwith if in its sole opinion the bundle is being abused.

 Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the Postpaid Prime Bundle being offered to its customer at its discretion.

 Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its Postpaid Prime Bundle. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the Postpaid Prime Bundle, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

 Subject to the above, the standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions, the Digicel Prime Bundles Terms and Conditions, the various applications (as mentioned herein) terms and conditions and Digicel’s Fair Usage Policy shall apply.
