Banks often have additional security measures in place, and they can provide you with the necessary assistance to complete your transaction successfully.


Verify Payment Details: Double-check that the payment details you have entered are accurate. Ensure that your billing information, including address and card details, matches the information on file with your bank.


Use an Alternative Payment Method (CARD): If the issue persists, consider using an alternative payment method (card) or trying the transaction later. What is a One-Time Passcode (OTP)?

The OTP enhances security for online transactions, safeguarding your VISA and MasterCard Credit Cards from unauthorized use through a unique 6-digit code that is valid for a single use. It is user-friendly, swift, and offers additional confidence when utilizing your VISA and MasterCard for online purchases.


How does OTP technology work?
One-Time Password (OTP) technology generates random numeric codes for secure online transactions at merchants equipped with 3D Secure Technology. The OTP is automatically dispatched to the email address or mobile number associated with your bank records. Upon receipt of the OTP, kindly input the accurate 6-digit numeric code into the designated field to finalize your transaction.
