As we continue to invest in upgrading our network, and improving our products to meet your changing needs, we have taken your feedback and are announcing our new revamped Prepaid plans, designed to give you more data and more choice, with dedicated Hotspot data, and a suite of Add-Ons to customize your experience.   


We are pleased to announce that starting July 11, 2023, we will be introducing a brand new portfolio of 30Day Plans starting at TT$175 designed specifically for you.  These new plans, called "My Plans," have been carefully crafted based on your feedback, and voice and data needs, to ensure you get the best value for your money.


These new 30Day Plans will replace all existing 30Day Prime Bundles effective July 11th 2023. Once your existing Prime Bundle expires, you can choose from one of our new “My Plans”.

One of the key enhancements with our new "My Plans" is the inclusion of Dedicated Hotspot Data. This means you will know exactly how much data you can share within your plans, empowering you to make the most of your data without any surprises. Additionally, you have our promise that you will not be charged for any usage outside of what you purchase, ensuring transparency in your billing.


We understand that everyone's needs are unique, and to further personalize your plans, we will also be offering additional Add-Ons that allow you to customize your plan based on what you need.


As we continue to invest in delivering an exceptional experience, it is necessary for us to make some price adjustments.  Effective July 11th, 2023, there will be a price increase to our 3Day and 10Day plans as well as the Pay as You Go voice rates detailed below.


3 Day: New price of $65 Vat Inclusive/ $57.78 Vat Exclusive

10 Day: New Price of $175 Vat Inclusive/ $155.56 Vat Exclusive 

Pay as you Go Rates of $1.45 Vat Exclusive for calls to Digicel Mobile, Other Mobiles, Fixed Lines, USA, Canada & UK Mobile. You will be charged a fixed rate for the first minute of your call, after which per second rates apply.
