The ‘Real Connections This Christmas’ (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion. You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

“We” or “us” means DIGICEL BVI LIMITED (“Digicel”) a company incorporated in British Virgin Islands having its registered office at 5th Floor Jayla Place Building, Wickhams Cay 1, Road Town, Tortola, BVI. References to “we, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion and “your” shall have the same meaning.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of 18, you should not participate in this Promotion.


1. What is the “Real Connections this Christmas” Promotion?

From November 7th, 2025, to January 3rd, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”), Digicel will be offering you a chance to win:

  • 1 of the 5 Christmas Entertainment Combos (Samsung 75” Smart TV + Play Station 5 Console) weekly, will only be available in the first (1st) 5 weeks; or

  • 15 Gift Certificates of $25, $50 & $100 to exchange for Gas, Food, Clothes, etc. for more of 105 options by selected BVI Suppliers who partnership with us.

 

To win any of the mentioned prizes, customers should complete any one of the following activities (“Qualifying Activities”):

(i) Paying your postpaid bill on time and in full.

(ii) Switching to Digicel.

(iii) Activating one of the following Prepaid Prime Ultra Bundles:

  • 2 - Day Prepaid Prime Ultra Bundle.

  • 5 - Day Prepaid Prime Ultra Bundle.

  • 7 - Day Prepaid Prime Ultra Bundle.

  • 10 - Day Prepaid Prime Ultra Bundle; or

  • 30 - Day Prepaid Prime Ultra Bundle.

(iv) Activating one of the following Postpaid Supreme Bundles:

  • Supreme Basic Bundle

  • Supreme Plus Bundle

  • Supreme Elite Bundle

  • Supreme Share 2 (Family Bundle)

  • Supreme Share 3 (Family Bundle)

  • Supreme Share 4 (Family Bundle)

(v) Sign Up & Install one of the following Digicel+ services:

  • Super Fiber Internet

  • Home Fiber Bundles Existing Prepaid Digicel Customers.

 

2. Who can participate in the Promotion?

Subject to these Terms, only the following people can participate in the Promotion:

a. Existing Prepaid Digicel Customers.

b. Existing Postpaid Digicel Customers.

c. Persons who have switched to Digicel or Digicel+, during the Promotional Period; and

d. Residents of the British Virgin Islands.

Exclusions

The following people cannot participate in the Promotion:

a. Corporate and business account customers.

b. Any person who is not a legal resident of the BVI; and

c. Any person under the age of eighteen (18).

d. Employees/families of employees of Digicel (i.e., immediate family members e.g., Father, Mother, Sister, Brother) and employees of affiliated companies associated with this promotion.


3. How can I participate in the Promotion?

You can participate in the Promotion by completing any one of the following qualifying activities:

a. In Store: Complete one of the Qualifying activities at a Digicel Store:

Complete one of the qualifying activities listed in clause 1 above at one of our retail stores located on Waterfront or Virgin Gorda transactions over the counter with an agent.

b. MyDigicel App - Use the MyDigicel App to complete any one of the Qualified Activities below:

•    Pay your postpaid bill in full and on time.

•    Activate a Qualifying Prepaid Prime Ultra Bundle; or

 c. Digicel Website: Visit the Digicel Website and complete any one of the Qualified Activities below:

•     Pay your postpaid bill in full and on time.

•     Activate a Qualifying Prepaid Prime Ultra Bundle; or

•     Activate a Qualifying Postpaid Supreme Bundle.

•     Activate and install any of the Digicel+ services.

 d. Switch to Digicel by using any of the following methods:

Step 1: Sign up to switch to Digicel at any of our retail stores or any Sales Agents in the BVI.

and follow the steps communicated by the Agent.


4. How and when will Winners be selected and announced?

Winners will be selected weekly at random via a randomizer from a transaction list generated by our online platform for the Christmas Entertainment Combos (1 of 5) or one of the $25, $50; $100 Gift Vouchers from selected BVI Suppliers, which includes all eligible participants during the promotional period, November 14, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

A total of seven (7) weekly raffles will take place, with one (1) winner chosen each week for the Christmas Entertainment Combo, resulting in a total of 5 winners throughout the promotion and 105 Gift Vouchers of $50 each. The first winners will be announced on November 20, and the final winners will be announced on December 31.

The selection will occur at Digicel’s Head Office, located on the 5th Floor of the Jayla Place Building, Road Town, Tortola. Weekly winners will be contacted directly by a Digicel Marketing Manager via telephone and announced on Digicel’s Facebook and Instagram platforms.


5. Will I be notified when I win the promotion?

Yes. The selected customers will be notified by a telephone call from a Digicel Representative calling the mobile number used by the selected customer to qualify for the promotion advising them that they have won or in person, by the Roadshows or Stores events.


6. What prize can I win?

One (1) winner will be selected each week during the promotion to win 1 of the 5 Christmas Entertainment Combo or Fifteen (15) winners will be selected weekly to win one (1) gift voucher gift voucher worth either $25, $50 and $100 from preferred businesses across the BVI.


7. What days will each draw take place?

The Winners will be selected on the below dates to win our Christmas prizes:

8. What do I need to know about collecting my prize if I am a winner?

a. If you win, a Digicel representative will contact you by telephone.

b. A maximum of three (3) attempts will be made to call you within a period of twenty-four (24) hours.

c. During the telephone call, our Digicel Representative will advise you where and how to redeem your prize.

d. You will be required to provide a government-issued identification in the form of a Passport, Driver's License or National Identification Card.

e. You will also be required to do a short interview answering what are the first 5 things you would do with your prize via Digicel social media Facebook and or Instagram page at the Rams location selected.


9. Can someone collect the prize for me?

Yes. If you cannot collect your prize, you will need to provide the Digicel Marketing Executive with the name and contact number of the person who will be collecting your prize on your behalf. That person will need to provide a local ID and will need to take the winning photo as well as the interview for Digicel’s social platforms on your behalf to redeem the prize on your behalf.


10. What happens if the prize is not claimed?

If you win you will have 3 days in which to claim your prize. If the prize is not claimed within the allotted time, a representative will reach out to you to inform you that the period has passed, and another customer will be selected to receive the prize.

A. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any prizes redeemed through this Promotion.

D. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for equipment, connectivity and data usage in relation to your participation in the Promotion.


E. You agree that if you are a winner, you will permit photographs of you to be taken and for your image, likeness and name (your “Likeness”) to be used for public relations and marketing purposes free of cost, including the publishing of your likeness on social media, mainstream media and other platforms that we may choose. If you refuse to do so, you acknowledge that this will result in forfeiture of your right to claim the prize


F. We reserve the right to award any forfeited or unclaimed prize to the next qualifying customer selected in the same manner as the first winner.


G. We reserve the right to terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse is deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.


H. We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you at our discretion.


I. Any personal data relating to you will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by us to assist with running the Promotion on our behalf and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without your prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are selected) and any other purposes to which you have consented. J. Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming or collecting any prize.


K. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the My Digicel mobile application. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.


L. The terms and conditions which apply to you are those published on the Digicel website at the time that your subscription is most recently activated. These Terms will only apply for the Promotional Period.
