TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The “Digicel’s Independence Text2Win Promotion” (the “Promotion”) Frequently asked Questions (“FAQ”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply

to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for chances to win certain prizes in the text to win competition. You should read these FAQs and

Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

“We” or “us” means Digicel,. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to

time.

“I” or “You” means the person accessing or using the text to participate in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.

1. What is the “Digicel’s Independence Text2Win Promotion”?

The “Digicel’s Independence Text2Win Promotion” gives all Digicel customers a chance to win XCD

$5,200 by participating in the promotion.

2. What is the period for the Promotion?

The promotion is valid from Sunday February 01, 2026 12AM through to Saturday February 28,

2026, 2025 11:59:59 PM.

3. Who is eligible to enter the Promotion (the “Eligible Customers”)?

In order to be eligible for the Promotion, you must be a Digicel customer with an active Digicel

prepaid and/or postpaid account

The following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:

a. Postpaid Corporate & Business account customers;

b. Digicel and Newcom employees, dealer principals or employees of any of our affiliated

companies, advertising, competition and public relations agencies, dealers, distributors and

their immediate family members are not eligible for entry. For these purposes immediate

family members are spouses, parents, siblings and children.

4. How does a customer participate in the Promotion?

• You may enter by texting the word FREE to 4630.

• Upon texting the word FREE, you will be entered in the “Digicel’s Text2Win Promotion

There is a $0.52 charge for each text message. You will then receive a text message

advising of the type of token, the number of points assigned and your rank in the

promotion.

Welcome to Digicel’s Text2Win Game. Text FREE to 4630 for a chance to WIN $5,200! Each text

cost $0.52.

• Receive their first item- Example: You hit a flag valued 1000 points. Your wallet is worth 1000

points and you are ranked #1. Text FREE to 4630 to increase your points. $0.52/txt.”

Customers can text FREE to 4630 to request additional tokens to increase their chances of winning prompted

by text to enter for more chances to win.

Customers will be charged $0.52 for each token sent to them (the customer is charged when the message is

sent).

5. Will customers be notified when to participate in Promotion?

Upon the commencement of the promotion, customers may receive the following:

• SMS push.

• Welcome to Digicel’s Text2Win Game. You hit a flag token valued 1000 points. Your wallet is worth 1000

points and you are ranked #1. Text FREE to 4630 to increase your points. $0.52/txt.”

6. How many times can a customer win?

There is only one grand prize of XCD 5,200 so a customer can only win once.

7. What tokens are sent at each request and what number of points are assigned to each?

Tokens and their corresponding points are shown in the table below:

Randomly selected tokens are sent to each participant’s phone. You will receive a token along with points

and your rank per request. By texting “FREE” to 4630 you will be able to collect more tokens to increase

your points and rank in the competition. Note: Each text sent to 4630 will be at the cost of $0.52.

8. Can I increase my points and rank in the promotion?

• Yes. By texting “FREE” to 4630 you will be able to get more tokens to increase your points and rank

in the competition. Each text to 4630 will be at the cost of $0.52. Upon texting “FREE” to 4630 you

will receive a message like the following:

You hit the flag token valued 1000 points. Your wallet is worth 1000 points and you are ranked #1. Text FREE

to 4630 to increase your points. $0.52/txt.

• The promotion will have the element of double and 100Up days. On the Double day, participating

subscribers will receive double the number of points for the tokens received giving an increased chance

to WIN. On the 100Up day, Digicel will give 100 times the number of points for every token received

on that day etc.

9. What is a ‘Bonus’ day?

• Every Friday during the promotion period, double points will be assigned for each token

received on that day. Customers will receive a text like the one below:

‘‘Today ONLY Digicel will give double the points for every token! Simply text FREE to 4630 to

increase your chances to WIN. Costs $0.52per text ’See www.grenada.com

We will offer additional bonus points on independence day (February 07, 2026) days. For e.g. For

TODAY you will receive 100 TIMES your points to WIN. Text FREE to 4630.

10. How will the winner be selected?

The customer with the highest number of points will be the winner. Once the winner is selected

Digicel will call the winner and inform them.

11. How are the prizes distributed?

• A maximum of three (3) calls will be made to the selected winner within the period of 30

minutes. If no response is received during that time, another winner will be selected from

the backup list of 5 potential winners in order of rank, with the highest points accumulated

and the process repeated until winner has been contacted.

• If there is more than one customer tying for the highest score, a winner will be randomly

chosen from these customers.

• In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the Customer remains bound by any other terms

and conditions of use of any of Digicel’s other services including the general Terms and

Conditions governing Digicel’s Data Services and Digicel Telephone Services.

• In the event the account of a customer who is eligible to win any of the prizes is the subject

of a billing dispute in relation to the Promotion as a result of fraud, erroneous charging,

other technical problem that corrupts the administration, Digicel reserve the right to withhold

the prize, terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Competition until the disputed

amount (and related charges) have been investigated.

12. Is there a cut off time for Grand Prize entries to be received?

Yes. All entries for the overall grand prize must be received by 11:59:59pm on Saturday, February

28, 2026.

13. When will the Grand Prize winner be announced?

The Grand Prize will be awarded on Wednesday, February 04, 2026.

14. If I was contacted and won, where do I collect the prize?

Winners will be able to collect their prize at the Head Office, Point Saline, St. George, Grenada.

15. If I was contacted and have won, how long do I have to collect my prize?

Customers have a maximum of seven (7) business days to collect the cheque or to provide banking

details and government issued id after they have been notified a winner. Digicel will retain any prize

not collected within the stipulated period.

16. What do I need in order to claim the prize?

• You are required to provide banking details and valid government issued id (passport, driver’s

licence or voter’s id) for direct transfer within 7 days once contacted.

• Minors (under 18) winning must provide details for parents/guardians in order to claim prizes.

Parents/guardians should present (via email) a valid national government ID as well as they

should present the child’s ID. In the case, the child does not have a valid national government ID

then a birth certificate or student ID will be acceptable via email

Additional Terms and Conditions

A. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to

sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.

B. Digicel gives no warranty or guarantee that its network or services shall be continuous or will be

free from faults. Digicel will, however, use its best endeavours to ensure its network and services

are reasonably fault free, and that service is reasonably uninterrupted.

C. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if the Promotion is being abused,

such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a

commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity

of our services.

D. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for redemption of

prizes and for connectivity in relation to your use of the text messages. Be reminded that once

roaming, you will not be able to use any data from your local prepaid or select postpaid plans.

E. The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an

active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win

the prizes.

F. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being

offered to you.

G. If a prize is unavailable, we may, substitute the prize with an alternative prize to the equal value

and/or specification where applicable.

H. Prizes (if other than cash prizes) are not exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.

I. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions

of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of

the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to

post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective

immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

J. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by

Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the

Digicel and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior

consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or

any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the purposes of administration of

the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on

request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented. To see our
