Digicel Bermuda Senior Plan Terms and Conditions
We're delighted to offer our valued customers who are 65 years and older a special plan tailored to meet their communication needs. Below, you will find the Terms and Conditions associated with the Senior Plan. By opting for this plan, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Eligibility
· The Senior Plan is exclusively available to individuals who are 65 years of age or older. Proof of age and identity will be required upon sign-up.
· This plan is available only to personal accounts and is not applicable for business or corporate accounts.
2. Plan Details
· The Senior Plan is priced at $35.00 per billing cycle.
· The plan includes Unlimited local calls within Bermuda, as well as Unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. "Unlimited" means there are no additional charges for these calls, subject to fair usage and our acceptable use policy.
· Data usage and international calls to countries other than the US and Canada are not included in the plan and will incur additional charges as per standard rates.
· The plan does not include roaming services; these are charged at standard roaming rates.
3. Sign-Up Process
· Sign-up for the Senior Plan must be completed in person at our retail store located at 46 Cedar Avenue, Hamilton, Bermuda.
· All applicants will need to provide a government-issued photo ID as proof of age.
4. Billing and Payment
· The billing cycle for the Senior Plan is monthly, beginning on the day of sign-up.
· Payment is due in full by the billing date specified in your bill. Late payments may result in service interruptions.
5. Plan Modification or Cancellation
· Customers can modify or cancel their Senior Plan with 30 days' notice. Please visit our retail store or contact our customer service 500-5000 for assistance.
· Digicel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Senior Plan with prior notice to all affected customers.
6. Fair Usage Policy
· The Senior Plan is subject to our fair usage policy, which is designed to prevent fraud and abuse of our services. Excessive use beyond normal standards may result in restrictions or additional charges.
7. Privacy Policy
· By subscribing to the Senior Plan, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
· Digicel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Senior Plan.
9. Governing Law
· These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bermuda and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bermuda.
