Terms & Conditions – Digicel Prepaid Holiday Bundle


1. Offer Period
The Prepaid Holiday Bundle offer is valid from December 11th, 2025 through January 30th, 2026.

2. Eligibility
This offer is available exclusively to new Digicel Prepaid customers.

3. New SIM Requirement
Customers must purchase a new Digicel Prepaid SIM card and will receive a new phone number to qualify for the promotional Prepaid Holiday Bundle.

4. Where to Purchase
Holiday Bundle SIM cards can be purchased at:

  • The Digicel Store, Hamilton

  • Insert additional retail partners / locations: XYZ, etc.

5. Auto-Renewal
Once activated, customers may remain on the Holiday Bundle after the promotional period as long as Auto-Renew remains active and payments are completed successfully.
If Auto-Renew is cancelled or payment fails, the promotional pricing and plan benefits may no longer apply.

6. Activation
The Holiday Bundle is activated upon successful purchase and top-up of the required plan amount being $80. Standard activation steps via the UMM Menu required.

7. Plan Benefits
The Holiday Bundle includes the services and allowances as advertised at the time of purchase. Digicel reserves the right to modify or update bundle inclusions as needed.

8. Fair Usage Policy
All usage is subject to Digicel Bermuda’s Fair Usage Policy. Excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling or suspension of service.

9. Non-Transferability
This offer, including the SIM card, plan benefits, and promotional pricing, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

10. General Conditions

  • Digicel Bermuda reserves the right to amend or discontinue this promotion at any time.
