The “Win A Playstation 5 Promotion” Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to and govern your participation in the promotion, offering chances to win various prizes. We encourage you to carefully review these FAQs and Terms before taking part in this promotion. “Digicel,” “we” or “us” refers to Digicel (Barbados) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Barbados, with its registered office at 2nd Floor, William Tower, William Industries Complex, Warrens, St. Michael. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” also extend to include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) as applicable. “I” or “You” refers to the participating person (the use of “my" and “your” will carry the same meaning. Your participation in this promotion will be taken  as your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18) you should not participate in the Promotion.

  1. What is the Win an PlayStation 5 Promotion?

Our Win a PlayStation 5 Promotion (“Promotion”) gives customers a chance to win a PlayStation 5 after completing the qualifying activity.

  1. What is the Qualifying Activity?

New  Customers who sign up for our Fibre 400, Fibre 700, Fibre 1000, Classic Bundle,  Variety Bundle and Premiere Bundle.

 

  1. When does the Promotion start and end?

The Promotion starts on July 11th, 2025, and ends on July 30, 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).

 

  1. Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion?

Any non-Digicel customers who signs up for any of our Fibre packages.  (“Participating Market”).

 

Exclusions

The following persons cannot participate in the Promotion:

  1. Corporate and business account customers.

  2. Any person who is not a legal resident of Barbados

  3. Any person under the age if eighteen (18)

  4. Digicel employees or family members.

 

  1. How does the Promotion work?

Once you complete the Qualifying Activity, you will automatically receive an entry for a chance to the PlayStation 5.

 

  1. How do I participate?

If you are a new  customers who sign up for our Fibre 400, Fibre 700, Fibre 1000, Classic Bundle,  Variety Bundle and Premiere Bundle you will automatically be entered for a chance to win. . No additional steps are required.

  1. How will the winners be selected?

Once customers have completed  the Qualifying Activity, they will be placed in a randomizer. Participants will be selected, and the first person to answer their phone live on air when contacted will win the prize detailed in table A below.

  1. Can someone collect my prize on my behalf?

Yes. Winners can authorise someone to collect the prize on their behalf. The person collecting on the winner’s behalf will be required to present the following to the Digicel Head Office:

  • A signed authorization letter

  • A copy of the winner’s government-issued ID

  • The representative’s valid government-issued ID

Winners have 3 months from the competition end date to collect their confirmation letter.

 

  1. Can I transfer my prize to someone else?

No. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

  1. When will the winners be announced?

Winners will be announced throughout the promotion period  during a live radio segment on HITZ 106.7FM.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion. 

  2. Digicel gives no warranty or guarantee that its network or services shall be continuous or will be free from faults. Digicel will, however, use its best endeavors to ensure its network and services are reasonably fault free, and that service is reasonably uninterrupted. 

  3. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services. 

  4. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for redemption of prizes and for connectivity in relation to your use of text messages. Be reminded that once roaming, you will not be able to use any data from your local prepaid or select postpaid plans.

  5. The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win the prizes.

  6. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you. 

  7. If a prize is unavailable, we may substitute the prize with an alternative prize to the equal value and/or specification where applicable. 

  8. Prizes (if other than cash prizes) are not exchangeable and are not redeemabler cash. 

  9. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications

Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Digicel and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the purposes of administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented.
