The Win a VXE Costume for Crop Over (the “Promotion”) Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQ”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Package for a chance to win a costume and take advantage of a special postpaid offer. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Package.

“We” or “us” means Digicel Group Limited, a company registered under the laws of Barbados with registered offices 2nd Floor, William Tower, William Industries Complex, Warrens, St. Michael.  References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.

  1. What is the ‘Win A VXE Costume for Crop Over” Promotion?

New postpaid customers who sign up for our $125 or $170 postpaid plan can get a chance to win a costume for Crop Over.

  1. What is the promotional period for the Promotion?

The promotion is valid from May 28th, 2024 12:00:01AM through to June 30th, 2024 11:59:59PM or while stocks last.

  1. Who is eligible to enter the Promotion?

In order to be eligible for the Promotion, you must be new to our network and sign up for our $125 or $170 Postpaid plans or Migrate from a Prepaid to Postpaid plan.

The Following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:

  1. Postpaid Corporate & Business account customers;

  2. Persons under the age 18 years;

  3. Digicel Employees and family members.

  4. How do I participate in the Promotion?

It’s simple! In order to be eligible for the Promotion you must sign up online or visit any of our retail stores and sign up for the plan.

  1. How are winners selected?

Winners will be chosen through a random number selector. If your number is selected, you will receive a live call on the radio. The first person to answer the call on air will win the costume.

  1. When will calls be made?

Winning calls will be made on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 am to 8:00 am during the dates of June 24th to July 5th.

 

Additional Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.

  2. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.

  3. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for redemption of Other Prizes and for connectivity and data usage in relation to your use of the App. Be reminded that once roaming, you will not be able to use any data from your local prepaid or select postpaid plans.

  4. The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win the prizes.

  5. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you at our discretion.

  6. If a prize is unavailable, we may, in our discretion, substitute the prize with an alternative prize to the equal value and/or specification.

  7. Prizes are not exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.

  8. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

  9. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Digicel and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the purposes of administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity, including (without limitation) publication of the name and image of a promotion winner along with their winning entry via Digicel’s website, social media and other press and media channels. No additional payment will be given for this.
