The “Unwrap Real Connections This Christmas” (the “Promotion”) Frequently asked Questions (“FAQ”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for chances to win certain prizes in the Unwrap Real Connections This Christmas. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

“We” or “us” means Digicel (Barbados) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Barbados with registered offices 2nd Floor, William Tower, William Industries Complex, Warrens, St. Michael. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time. “I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms or are below the age of 18 years, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.

1. What is the Unwrap Real Connections This Christmas Campaign?

The Unwrap Real Connections Christmas Campaign is a promotion that offers customers a chance to win one (1) iPhone 16 and entry into the Grand Prize draw to win BBD $10,000.00 when they sign up for the BBD $125 Hastings Flex or BBD $170 Bridgetown Plus Postpaid Plans. Additionally, all eligible customers will receive BBD $300 off their electricity bill in partnership with the Barbados Light & Power Ltd. (BLP).

2. What prizes are available under this campaign?

Eligible customers will have the chance to:

a) Win one (1) iPhone 16; and

b) Gain automatic entry into the Grand Prize Draw for a chance to win Ten Thousand Barbados Dollars (BBD $10,000.00).

3. What is the Qualifying Activity?

To qualify, customers must complete a valid Postpaid sign-up for one of the eligible plans within the Campaign period. Each qualifying sign-up automatically earns one entry into the prize draws.

4. When does the promotion start?

The promotion starts on December 1, 2025, and ends on January 6, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

5. Who is eligible to participate in the promotion?

The Campaign is open to new and existing customers who switch and sign up for the BBD $125 Hastings Flex Postpaid or BBD $170 Bridgetown Plus Plan before January 6, 2026. You must also be a resident of Barbados (“Participating Market”).

Exclusions

The following people cannot participate in the Promotion:

a. Corporate and business account customers.

b. Any person who is not a legal resident of Barbados

c. Any person under the age if eighteen (18)

d. Digicel employees or family members.

6. How are winners selected?

The winner will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The draw will be conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions of the promotion and will take place LIVE on radio via the station HITZ 106.7 from 7 a.m. – 8 a.m. within the duration of the promotion period.

7. Can the prizes be exchanged or transferred?

No. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit unless otherwise stated by Digicel.

8. When will the winner be announced?

Winners will be announced twice weekly every Tuesday and Thursday throughout December via a live telephone call on HITZ 106.7FM. On each announcement day, two (2) winners will be contacted live on air between 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.. The Grand Prize Draw will take place on Tuesday, January 6, 2026

9. How can I collect my prize?

The winning customers will first collect an official letter of confirmation from Digicel (Barbados) which they will use as proof of their winnings. All winners will also be contacted by a representative of Digicel (Barbados) with instructions on how to complete all documentation needed and additional instructions on how to claim their prizes. Customers must be prepared to provide any documentation or information needed to successfully complete the process.

10. Who is responsible if prizes are lost are stolen?

Digicel Barbados shall not be held liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced prizes issued as part of the Unwrap Real Connections This Christmas promotion.

11. Can someone collect my prize on my behalf?

An individual may collect a prize on a winner’s behalf by presenting a signed confirmation letter and a valid form of identification upon arrival at the Digicel Head Office.

12. What happens if I don’t collect my prize?

Prizes must be collected within 14 days of the winner being announced. Failure to do so may result in Digicel selecting an alternate winner or retaining the prize for use in a future promotion.

Additional Terms and Conditions

A. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.

B. Digicel gives no warranty or guarantees that its network or services shall be continuous or will be free from faults. Digicel will, however, use its best endeavors to

ensure its network and services are reasonably fault free, and that service is reasonably uninterrupted.

C. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.

D. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for redemption of prizes and for connectivity in relation to your use of text messages. Be reminded that once you roam, you will not be able to use any data from your local prepaid or select postpaid plans.

E. The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win the prizes.

F. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you.

G. If a prize is unavailable, we may substitute the prize with an alternative prize to the equal value and/or specification where applicable.

H. Prizes (if other than cash prizes) are not exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.

I. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications

J. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Digicel and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the purposes of administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented. K. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity, including (without limitation) publication of the name and image of a promotion winner along with their winning entry via Digicel’s website, social media and other press and media channels. No additional payment will be given for this. Refusal to participate will result in forfeiture of the prize.
