The “Text, Win & Vibe with Digicel for Crop Over” (the “Campaign”) Frequently asked Questions (“FAQ”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for chances to win certain prizes in the Text, Win & Vibe with Digicel Crop Over campaign. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

“We” or “us” means Digicel Group Limited, a company registered under the laws of Barbados with registered offices 2nd Floor, William Tower, William Industries Complex, Warrens, St. Michael.  References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.

1. What is the Text, Win & Vibe with Digicel campaign?

The Text, Win & Vibe campaign is an exclusive competition for our postpaid customers. Participants can answer a simple question for a chance to win exciting prizes live on the radio.

2. How do I participate?

You'll receive an SMS with a link to the competition. Click the link, fill out the form with your details and answer the question, and submit your entry.

3. Who is eligible to participate?

This competition is open to Digicel postpaid customers.

4. Is there a cost to participate?

No, participation in the Text-to-Win competition is free.

5. How will I know if I have won?

These persons will be called live on the radio. The first person to answer their phone will be the winner of the big prize.

6. What kind of prizes can I win?

Prizes vary and may include costumes, prizes, vouchers, costumes.

7. How are winners selected?

Winners are randomly selected from the pool of correct answers. A randomiser will be used to select 5-10 persons who have answered correctly will be chosen & the first person to answer their phone will win the main prize.

8. Can I participate more than once?

No, each customer can only submit one entry for the competition to ensure fairness.

9. What if I miss the live radio call during the Digicel Hour?

If you miss the live call, you have miss.

10. How will my personal information be used?

Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. Do I have to agree to take photos and be featured in Digicel promotions if I win?

Yes, by participating in the competition, you agree to take photos and be featured in promotional materials on social media, if you win.
