All customers with a prepaid number must recharge their account every 30, 60 or 90 days (the “Specified Time”) to keep their account active. If you are a prepaid customer and you have failed to recharge or actively use the number assigned to you to make calls, use data or send SMS (“Cell Phone Services”) for a period of 180 days your number will be deleted from the system. Following the deletion the SIM card will then be recycled which means your number will be recirculated for purchase in the stores.

*How to reactivate a "Recycled Number"?

Any customer who has a prepaid number must keep his account active by making a recharge to the account. If this is not done after a certain amount of time, the number will be recycled. Which means, after the expiration of the time obtained from the last recharge, plus the 120 days generally given, the customer will automatically lose the account. This number will be listed in the "Non-Existing Number" list.

Customers who want to reactivate an "Expired Number" after a period inactivity, must make a request to rejoin by visiting one of our Retail Stores and provide the following information to verify if the requested number is available:

  1. Full name (first and last name) of the owner

  2. The number  the customer would like to retrieve

  3. The ICCID number on the SIM card starts with 8901

  4. Last 5 Frequently dial numbers

  5. Date & Place of purchase

  6. Last top up amount
