These Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to Digicel’s Prepaid Phones with Inclusive Plans offer. We encourage you to carefully review these FAQs and Terms before purchasing a device under this offer.
“Digicel,” “we” or “us” refers to Digicel (Barbados) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Barbados, with its registered office at 2nd Floor, Williams Tower, Williams Industries Complex, Warrens, St. Michael. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” also extend to include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) as applicable.
“I” or “You” refers to the purchasing customer. By purchasing a prepaid device under this offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not participate in the offer.

1. What is this offer?
This offer allows customers to purchase select Digicel prepaid smartphones at a single price that already includes a prepaid bundle. Customers receive a phone plus data, minutes, and validity included, ready to use upon activation.
2. What devices are included in this offer?
The following prepaid devices are available with inclusive plans. All devices and inclusive plans are available while stock last and subject to stock availability at participating Digicel locations.

4. Who is eligible for this offer?
Eligible participants must:
Be a new and existing Digicel prepaid customer;
over the age of 18 years;
Resident of Barbados; and
be the holder of an account not barred or suspended.
Exclusions:
Corporate or Business accounts
5. How do I get the inclusive plan?
The inclusive prepaid bundle is automatically applied when you purchase an eligible prepaid phone. No separate bundle purchase is required at the time of sale.
6. When does the inclusive bundle start?
The inclusive bundle begins once the SIM is activated. Your SIM is activated once it has been registered and provisioned on our system. After activation, simply insert the SIM into your phone and power it on to connect to the network.and placed in the customer’s phone by a sales representative. Activation must be within the validity period of the included plan (7 days, 14 days, or 30 days, depending on the device). Failure to activate the SIM within the validity period of the bundle may result in the included plan expiring before use.
7. Can I change or exchange the included bundle?
No. The included bundle is pre-assigned to the device and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted for another bundle or cash value.
8. What happens when the included bundle expires?
Once the included bundle expires, customers may continue using the service by purchasing any available Digicel prepaid bundle or recharging their account as usual.
9. Can I use the included bundle while roaming?
No. Included prepaid bundles are intended for use in Barbados only and are not valid while roaming.
Additional Terms and Conditions
All devices and inclusive plans are available while stocks last and subject to stock availability at participating Digicel locations.
This offer is available for personal use only and not for commercial purposes.
The inclusive prepaid bundle is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
Digicel gives no warranty or guarantee that its network or services will be uninterrupted or fault-free, but will use reasonable efforts to maintain service quality.
Digicel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time, with or without notice.
Prices include the device and the specified prepaid bundle only. Additional services are charged separately.
The FREE 30-Day Bundle Plan is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.
We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.
You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for redemption of prizes and for connectivity in relation to your use of text messages. Be reminded that once roaming, you will not be able to use any data from your local prepaid or select postpaid plans.
Eligibility to receive a prize is conditional upon the selected winner’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions and the maintenance of an active, qualifying contract, with all accounts held with Digicel being fully up to date and not in arrears
If a prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize to the equal value and/or specification where applicable.
Prizes (if other than cash prizes) are not exchangeable and are not redeemable cash.
We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Digicel and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the purposes of administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented.
