These Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to and govern your participation in the Refer-A-Friend Promotion. We encourage you to carefully review these FAQs and Terms before taking part in this promotion.
“Digicel,” “we” or “us” refers to Digicel (Barbados) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Barbados, with its registered office at 2nd Floor, Williams Tower, Williams Industries Complex, Warrens, St. Michael. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” also extend to include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) as applicable. “I” or “You” refers to the participating person (the use of “my" and “your” will carry the same meaning). Your participation in this promotion will be taken as your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18) you should not participate in the Promotion.

FAQs
1. What is the Promotion?
Each existing Digicel+ customer who takes part in the campaign will receive BDS $300.00 credit applied to their Light and Power invoice.
2. How does the existing customer get the credit?
The existing customer will be contacted by a Digicel representative to advise that they have earned the BDS $300.00 credit, which will be applied to their next Light and Power bill once the necessary information (Light and Power account invoice and number) is provided.
3. What is the Qualifying Activity?
Each Digicel+ customer must successfully refer two new Digicel+ customers.
The referred customers must have complete installation billed and paid their first Digicel+ invoice for the reward to be applied.
4. When does the Promotion start and end?
The Promotion starts on December 1st, 2025, and ends on January 31st, 2026. The redemption period for the prizes will be within two (2) months of notification.
5. Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion?
Active Digicel+ customers who are installed with updated Digicel+ invoices are eligible to refer others and earn rewards.
You must also be a resident of Barbados.
Exclusions: The following people cannot participate in the Promotion:
Digicel employees
Any person under the age of eighteen (18).
Corporate and business account customers.
6. How do I sign up for the Promotion?
Provide the contact’s name and number details of your friends or family members, online, or to any retail or D2D sales agent.

7. How do I qualify for the Promotion?
Two or more of the customers’ referrals must agree, signed the Digicel+ contract, get installed and paid their first Digicel+ invoice.
8. How is the winner selected and notified?
Digicel+ customers will be contacted directly by Sales/CX support team, after two of their referrals have paid their first invoice.
9. How many times can I enter and benefit from the Refer-A-Friend promotion?
Existing Digicel+ customers can benefit twice within the calendar year from the promotion. Awarded the credit of BDS $300 twice to their Light and Power invoice. Once they have referred four or more customers who have been installed and paid their first invoice.
10. Can the customer participate while roaming?

Additional Terms and Conditions
This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.
Digicel gives no warranty or guarantees that its network or services shall be continuous or will be free from faults. Digicel will, however, use its best endeavors to ensure its network and services are reasonably fault free, and that service is reasonably uninterrupted.
We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.
You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for redemption of prizes and for connectivity in relation to your use of text messages.
The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win the prizes.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you.
If a prize is unavailable, we may substitute the prize with an alternative prize to the equal value and/or specification where applicable.
Prizes (if other than cash prizes) are not exchangeable and are not redeemable in cash.
We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Digicel and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the purposes of administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity, including (without limitation) publication of the name and image of a promotion winner along with their winning entry via Digicel’s website, social media and other press and media channels. No additional payment will be given for this. Refusal to participate will result in forfeiture of the prize. Refusal to participate will result in forfeiture of the prize.
This promotion is not transferable. Winners must present a valid photo ID to collect their prize.
