These Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to Digicel’s Back to School Prepaid Bundle promotion in Barbados. We encourage you to carefully review these FAQs and Terms before participating.

"Digicel," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Digicel (Barbados) Limited.
"Group” means Digicel and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities.
"You" or "Customer" or "Participant" refers to an eligible customer who completes a qualifying Prepaid plan activation during the promotional period.
By participating in the promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms should be read together with Digicel’s applicable General Terms and Conditions.

1. What is the Back to School Prepaid Bundle promotion?
The Back to School Prepaid Bundle is a limited-time promotion for new customers. Customers who activate a qualifying 10-day Prepaid plan or higher can purchase a Samsung A07 at 50% off (sale price , while stocks last.
2. When does the promotion run?
The promotion runs from August 28, 2026 to August 31, 2026 across all retail stores during opening hours
3. Who is eligible to participate?
The promotion is available to new customers aged 18 years or older who complete a qualifying activation of a 10-day Prepaid plan bundle or higher between August 28, 2026 and August 31, 2026.
4. What do I need to do to qualify?
Purchase and activate a 10-day Prepaid plan or higher in a Digicel store during the promotional period.
5. What handset is included in the promotion?
The qualifying handset is the Samsung A07.
6. What discount is available on the Samsung A07?
Eligible customers will have the option to purchase a Samsung A07 at 50% off the Recommended Retail Price (RRP). Samsung A07 RRP: $365.00. Promotional Price: $182.50
The promotional price of $182.50 must be paid upfront and in full. For the avoidance of doubt, there are no financing options available for the Device.
7. Is the Samsung A07 guaranteed to be available?
No. Samsung A07 handsets are available while stocks last. Allocation shall be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. Where is the promotion available?
The promotion is available in all Digicel stores in Barbados.
9. How will customers be informed about the promotion?
Customers will be informed through Digicel digital channels.
10. Can I participate while roaming?
No. This is not a roaming initiative.
Additional Terms and Conditions
• The promotion is valid only for qualifying Prepaid customer activations completed between August 28, 2026 and August 31, 2026.
• To qualify, customers must purchase and activate a 10-day Prepaid plan or higher in store during the promotional period.
• Eligible customers will have the option to purchase a Samsung A07 at 50% off. Participants must pay the discounted price for the Device upfront and in full. There are no financing options available for the Device.
• Samsung A07 handsets are available while stocks last. Digicel reserves the right to, but is not obligated to substitute Devices with similar models of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
· Risk in the Device immediately passes to the Participant upon receipt and activation of the Qualifying Plan.
· Manufacturer warranties shall apply to all Devices and Digicel provides no additional warranties except as required by law.
· Participants shall be eligible to receive the benefit of this Promotion once only during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, a Participant shall not be entitled to receive the Promotion more than once, whether through multiple accounts, accounts held individually or jointly, or any combination of accounts associated with the same Participant.
· Digicel reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who provides false or misleading information, attempts to manipulate or abuse the Promotion, or breaches any applicable agreement. In such cases, Digicel may recover any benefits granted or suspend the Participant’s Digicel account.
· Digicel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time by giving notice via SMS, the Digicel website, or the MyDigicel App. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon notification.
· To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digicel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss suffered by Participants. The total aggregate liability of Digicel arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be strictly limited to an amount equal to the value of the qualifying Prepaid plan chosen by the Participant.
· The Participant’s personal data will be processed in accordance with Digicel’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
· These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall first be referred to Digicel’s Customer Care team for good faith resolution.
