Terms and Conditions

The “Activate a Plan & Unlock Handset Deals” (the “Promotion”) Frequently asked Questions (“FAQ”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for purchasing a Samsung A06 64GB at $245 with a 7 day plan included or a Samsung A26 128 GB at $650 with a 30 day plan included in the More Fuh Now campaign. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

“We” or “us” means Digicel (Barbados) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Barbados with registered offices 2nd Floor, William Tower, William Industries Complex, Warrens, St. Michael. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time. “I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms or are below the age of 18 years, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.

1. What is the Activate a Plan and Unlock Handset Deals?

The activate a plan and unlock handset deals is a promotion that offers customers the opportunity to purchase a Samsung A06 64GB at $245 when they activate a 7-day plan and a Samsung A26 128 GB at $650 when they activate a 30-day plan in store.

2. What prizes are available under this campaign?

Eligible customers will have the chance to:

a) Purchase a Samsung A06 64GB at $245 when they activate a 7-Day plan

b) Purchase a Samsung A26 128GB at $650 when they activate a 30-Day plan

3. What is the Qualifying Activity?

To qualify, customers must complete a valid activation of a 7-day or 30-day plan for the Campaign period. Each qualifying activation automatically allows you to purchase the phones at a discounted rate.

4. When does the promotion start?

The promotion starts on January 1, 2026, and ends on January 31, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

5. Who is eligible to participate in the promotion?

The Campaign is open to new and existing customers who activate a 7-day or 30-day plan in any retail store during the promotional period. You must also be a resident of Barbados (“Participating Market”).

Exclusions

The following people cannot participate in the Promotion:

a. Corporate and business account customers.

b. Any person who is not a legal resident of Barbados

c. Any person under the age of eighteen (18)

d. Digicel employees or family members.

6. Can the prizes be exchanged or transferred?

No. Purchases are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit unless otherwise stated by Digicel

7. Who is responsible if prizes are lost are stolen?

Digicel Barbados shall not be held liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced prizes issued as part of the More Fuh Now promotion.

Additional Terms and Conditions

A. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.

B. Digicel gives no warranty or guarantees that its network or services shall be continuous or will be free from faults. Digicel will, however, use its best endeavors to ensure its network and services are reasonably fault free, and that service is reasonably uninterrupted.

C. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.

D. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for redemption of prizes and for connectivity in relation to your use of text messages. Be reminded that once you roam, you will not be able to use any data from your local prepaid or select postpaid plans.

E. The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win the prizes.

F. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you.

G. If a prize is unavailable, we may substitute the prize with an alternative prize to the equal value and/or specification where applicable.

H. Prizes (if other than cash prizes) are not exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.

I. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications

J. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Digicel and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the purposes of administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented. K. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity, including (without limitation) publication of the name and image of a promotion winner along with their winning entry via Digicel’s website, social media and other press and media channels. No additional payment will be given for this. Refusal to participate will result in forfeiture of the prize.
