These Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to and govern your participation in the Prepaid Switch Promotion. We encourage you to carefully review these FAQs and Terms before taking part in this promotion.

“Digicel,” “we” or “us” refers to Digicel (Barbados) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Barbados, with its registered office at 2nd Floor, Williams Tower, Williams Industries Complex, Warrens, St. Michael. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” also extend to include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) as applicable.

“I” or “You” refers to the participating person (the use of “my” and “your” will carry the same meaning). Your participation in this promotion will be taken as your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should not participate in the Promotion.

FAQs

1. What is the Promotion?

The Promotion allows eligible customers who switch to Digicel Prepaid by porting their number from another network to Digicel, to receive a FREE SIM and FREE 30-Day Bundle Plan.

2. What is the Qualifying Activity?

To qualify, customers must:

  • Switch (port-in) their mobile number from another local network to Digicel Prepaid.

Once all steps are completed successfully, the customer will receive a FREE Digicel SIM and a FREE 30-Day Bundle Plan (Prime 30D), which includes 15GB of data, 300 off-network minutes, for a minimum spend of $100.

3. When does the Promotion start and end?

The Promotion starts on January 15, 2026, and ends on March 31, 2026.
The FREE 30-Day Bundle Plan will be activated at the point of port.

4. Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion?

The Promotion is open to:

  • New Digicel Prepaid customers switching from another local network.

Exclusions:
The following persons are not eligible:

  • Any person under the age of eighteen (18).

  • Corporate or business account customers.

5. How do I sign up for the Promotion?

You can sign up by visiting any Digicel retail location in Barbados and speaking to a Customer Service Representative there.

6. How do I qualify for the Promotion?

Customers must successfully:

  1. Port their number from another network to Digicel Prepaid; and

  2. Activate a Digicel SIM.

Once these steps are completed, the customer will qualify to receive the FREE 30-Day Bundle Plan.

7. How and when is the FREE 30-Day Bundle Plan applied?

The FREE 30-Day Bundle Plan will be automatically applied to the customer’s account after all qualifying conditions have been met. Customers will be notified via SMS once the bundle has been applied.

8. Can the customer participate while roaming?

No. Customers must be in Barbados and active on the Digicel network to qualify for and receive the FREE bundle.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  • This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.

  • Digicel is committed to providing a dependable network experience. Although service interruptions may occasionally occur, we will take reasonable steps to maintain service quality and minimise any impact to customers.

  • The FREE 30-Day Bundle Plan is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

  • This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.

  • Digicel gives no warranty or guarantee that its network or services shall be continuous or will be free from faults. Digicel will, however, use its best endeavours to ensure its network and services are reasonably fault free, and that service is reasonably uninterrupted.

  • We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.

  • You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for redemption of prizes and for connectivity in relation to your use of text messages. Be reminded that once roaming, you will not be able to use any data from your local prepaid or select postpaid plans.

  • The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win the prizes.

  • If a prize is unavailable, we may substitute the prize with an alternative prize to the equal value and/or specification where applicable.

  • Prizes (if other than cash prizes) are not exchangeable and are not redeemable cash.

  • We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

  • Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Digicel and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the purposes of administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented.
