This “Expat SIM” (the “Offer”) terms and conditions apply to you and govern your participation in the Offer. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Offer.
“We” or “us” means Digicel BVI Limited, a company registered under the laws of BVI with registered offices at Jayla Place Building, 5th Floor, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “You” means the person entering or participating in the Offer (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms or if you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
1. What is the Expat SIM?
The Prepaid Expat SIM is a sim card for new customers which will be available from April 1, 2025, 2025, that comes with the following details:

7GB data
200 minutes valid for BVI Digicel-to-Digicel calls, BVI other operators, Digicel Caribbean and other destinations no included in any plan as: Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Guyana, Haiti, Philippines and Venezuela
30-Day Talk Bundle available to renew in My Digicel App for a price of $59.90.
The sim validity is 90 days, if you don’t perform any activity.
2. How do I get an Expat Sim?
Go to any of our Digicel stores and purchase a “Expat Sim” in the promotional period.
3. What is the price of the SIM?
The price assigned for the Offer is USD$25.00.
4. What are the customer requirements for this offer?
This SIM is valid for non-Digicel customers who are residents of BVI.
Exclusions
The following persons cannot participate in the Promotion: Digicel Mobile Users.
Corporate and business account customers;
Any person who is not a legal resident of BVI; and
Any person under the age of eighteen (18).
5. How long will this offer be available?
The Offer will be available for activations from April 15th 2025 to June 30th 2025.
6. Will I be notified when to participate in the Promotion?
Yes. You will be notified during the promotional period via media advertisements.
7. Where can I check my balance for the Expat SIM?
You can check your balance via My Digicel App or Using UMM Code *120*131#. If you don’t have the My Digicel App simple download and create and account using your new Digicel number and Email Address.
8. Can I renew this Offer after it ends?
Yes, after the initial bundle expired, you can purchase the same 30-Day Prime Talk Bundle for $59.90.
9. What happens when the validity or the amount of data ends?
You can top-up and purchase a prepaid plan from our available offers.

10. Can I use this offer while roaming?
You will not be able to use this offer while roaming Regional or International. Plans are available for Roaming, check this link for additional information:

11. Additional Terms and Conditions
This Promotion is offered for personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any prizes redeemed through this Promotion.
Warranty and support information will be included in product packaging where applicable.

You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for equipment, connectivity and data usage in relation to your participation in the Promotion.
We reserve the right to award any forfeited or unclaimed prize to the next qualifying customer selected in the same manner as the first winner.
We reserve the right to terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.
We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you at our discretion.
Any personal data relating to you will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by us to assist with running the Promotion on our behalf and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without your prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are selected) and any other purposes to which you have consented. Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming or collecting any prize.
We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the My Digicel mobile application. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
The terms and conditions which apply to you are those published on the Digicel website at the time that your subscription is most recently activated. These Terms will only apply for the Promotional Period.
