Terms and Conditions:
These Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in this Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Digicel (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago with registered offices at 11C Maraval Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “you” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy which you can access via the Digicel’s website.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
1. What is this Promotion about?
With the Digicel “Real Connections Christmas – Handset Offer”, during the period from 6th November 2025 to 31st December 2025 (“Promotional Period”), Digicel mobile customers (including new, existing, and ported customers):
· who convert from Prepaid to Postpaid and who subscribe to a Postpaid My Connect Plan, a Postpaid My Choice Plan, a Postpaid My Value Max Plan, or a Postpaid My All-Inclusive Plan will benefit from a reduced minimum service period of twelve (12) months; and
· who convert from Prepaid to Postpaid and who subscribe to a Postpaid My Choice Plan, a Postpaid My Value Max Plan, or a Postpaid My All-Inclusive Plan will be eligible to receive a Samsung A17 LTE handset at a discounted price of $299.00, (VAT inclusive).
2. Which LTE handset is included in this Promotion, what is the original price of the LTE handset and at which location is this handset available?

3. Can I terminate the service within the 12-month minimum service period?
Yes, you can terminate the service within the 12-month minimum service period, however, you will be subject to an early termination fee calculated on the monthly subscription fee by the number of months remaining in the minimum service period.
4. Can I downgrade the service within the 12-month minimum service period?
You can downgrade the service after the first six (6) months of the minimum service period have passed. There are no fees to downgrade the service.
5. Additional Terms and Conditions
• These offers are for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the Promotion.
• Digicel shall have the right to disqualify any individual from availing of any offer in this Promotion, if in its sole opinion, the offer is being abused by that individual.
• Digicel reserves the right to terminate this Promotion or any offer or all forthwith if, in its sole opinion, the offers are being abused.
• Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) this Promotion being offered to its customer at its discretion.
• Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.
• Customers shall be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made via the use of a short code from a mobile handset or via the My Digicel App shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.
Handsets included in this Promotion may not be transferred or exchanged for another product or for cash.
• Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from participation in the Promotion.
• Subject to the above, Digicel’s Mobile Telephone Services Terms and Conditions shall apply.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago
