Service Installation

Installation will be completed within three to five business days after receiving the initial payment. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and national holidays.

What do you need to sign up?

To sign up for Digicel’s Fibre Internet service, you need to complete an order form provided by one of our Direct Sales Agent. You will also need the following documents: Email Address, Proof of Address, Phone Number and valid form of identification (National ID card, Driver’s licence or Passport)
