Terms and Conditions

These Christmas 2025 Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion. You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

“We” or “us” means DIGICEL (ST. LUCIA) LIMITED (“Digicel”) a company incorporated in St. Lucia having its registered office ECFH Building, Willie Volney Drive, Gros-Islet, St Lucia.  References to “we, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion by signing up for a Digicel SIM, activating a 7 Day Prime Ultra Bundle or Higher, paying your Postpaid or Internet Bill in full or Signing Up to Digicel + Internet (and ““your” shall have the same meaning).

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of 18, you should not participate in this Promotion.

1.       What is the Christmas 2025 promotion?

From November 7th, 2025,  to January 10th  2026 (the “Promotional Period”), Digicel will be offering you a chance to get your bill paid for a year or get one of your bills paid by Digicel if you  complete  any one of the following activities (“Qualifying Activities”):

(i)              Activate a 5 Day Ultra or higher;

(ii)             Sign up or upgrade to Postpaid individual bundle oe a family bundle;

(iii)            Pay your postpaid bill in full and ontime;

(iv)           Sign Up for home fibre internet + TV bundle;

(v)            Pay your home fibre internet + TV bundle in full and on time.

 

 

2.       Who can participate in the Promotion?

Subject to these Terms, the following people can participate in the Promotion:

  1. Prepaid Digicel Customers

  2. Postpaid Digicel Customers

  3. Home Fiber Internet + Tv Bundle

  4. Residents of St. Lucia who are aged 18 years and older.

 

Exclusions

The following persons cannot participate in the Promotion:

  1. Corporate and business account customers.

  2. Any person who is not a legal resident of St. Lucia

  3. Any person under the age of eighteen (18)

 

3. How can I participate in the Promotion?

You can participate in the Promotion by completing one of the following:

 

1.       Visit a Retail Store and complete one of the Qualifying Activities. 

 

2.       Use the ‘My Digicel App’ to activate a 7 day Ultra or higher plan.

 

3.       Visit the Digicel St Lucia Website to sign up or upgrade to Fibre 250 TV bundle and get a Prime VIP Postpaid plan or Sign Up for 3-line family plan $300 or Sign Up for a Prime More.   

4. Will I be notified when to participate in the Promotion?

Yes. You will be notified via SMS will be sent to all Digicel customers informing them of the promotion, social media posts and radio advertisements.

5. How will the winners be selected?

The winners will be selected at random by raffle manager from the complete listing of eligible customers received during the Promotional Period from November  7th 2025  to January 10th 2026. The selection will take place at Digicel Head Office. Customers will be called live at the end of the promotion on Radio.

6. What are the prizes?

·       3 Lucky Customers will get their bills paid by Digicel for (1) one year (maximum of $3000 per winner per month). Draw takes place on January 11th, 2026

·       9 Lucky Customers will get one (1) bill paid by Digicel (maximum amount $400 per winner). [ZM1] [DC2] 

7.   What do I need to know about collecting my prize if I am a winner? 

a. If you win, Digicel will contact you by telephone.

b. A maximum of three (3) attempts will be made to call you within a period of twenty-four (24) hours.

c. During the telephone call, our Digicel representative will advise you where and how to redeem your prize.

d. You agree that if you are a winner, you will permit photographs of you to be taken and for your image, likeness, and name (your “Likeness”) to be used for public relations and marketing purposes free of cost, including the publishing of your Likeness on social media, mainstream media and other platforms that we may choose. If you refuse to do so, you acknowledge that this will result in forfeiture of your right to claim the

8. Can someone collect the prize on my behalf?

Yes, for this promotion, you can have someone collect the prize on your behalf, they will need to provide an ID and the collector shall permit photographs of them to be taken to be used for public relations and marketing purposes free of cost, including the publishing of your Likeness on social media, mainstream media and other platforms that we may choose. If this person refuses to do so, you acknowledge that this will result in forfeiture of your right to claim the[ZM3] [DC4] 

9. How long do I have to collect my prize?

If you are selected as the winner, you will have fourteen (14) days to collect your prize. If you do not collect your prize within that time Digicel reserves the right to either select another winner or use the prize in a later promotion.

 

Additional Terms and Conditions

 

a.       Winners are required to provide a valid government issued id (passport, driver’s licence or voter’s id) for direct transfer within 14 days once contacted. For person requesting a cheque, a valid government issued id (passport, driver’s licence or voter’s id) is required.

 

b.       Minors (under 18) winning must provide details for parents/guardians in order to claim prizes. Parents/guardians should present (via email) a valid national government ID as well as they should present the child’s ID. In the case, the child does not have a valid national government ID then a birth certificate or student ID will be acceptable via email

 

 

c.       This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.

 

d.       Digicel gives no warranty or guarantee that its network or services shall be continuous or will be free from faults.  Digicel will, however, use its best endeavours to ensure its network and services are reasonably fault free, and that service is reasonably uninterrupted.

 

e.       We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.

 

f.        You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for redemption of prizes and for connectivity in relation to your use of the raffle tickets. Be reminded that once roaming, you will not be able to use any data from your local prepaid or select post-paid plans.

 

g.       The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win the prizes.

 

h.       We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you.

 

i.         If a prize is unavailable, we may, substitute the prize with an alternative prize to the equal value and/or specification where applicable.

 

j.         Prizes (if other than cash prizes) are not exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.

 

k.       We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications

 

l.         Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Digicel and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the purposes of administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented. m.     Winners may be required to take part in related publicity, including (without limitation) publication of the name and image of a promotion winner along with their winning entry via Digicel’s website, social media and other press and media channels. No additional payment will be given for this. Refusal to participate will result in forfeiture of the prize.
