Roaming Plans

Digicel Cayman goes live with our Prepaid EZ roaming plans. This is a step in easing the roaming burden, fears and challenges our customers face. These EZ roam plans are an upgrade to the previous roaming plans. The EZ roaming plans offer:

·       More Data

·       More Destinations

·       More Voice

These plans are also available for download using the MDA app.

The plan will have 3 Data bundle, this to include Cuba, Dominican Republic and Honduras.

1 allotment to include the current destinations + Cuba, Dominican Republic and Honduras.

All the prior EZ roam Destinations will be able to utilize the full allotment (meaning both bundles)

If a customer goes to Cuba, Dominican Republic and Honduras and then travel to another destination they will have the remainder of the bundle to use.

Caricom bundle can only be used by Caricom countries, but caricom countries will have access to all other bundles.

Other International destinations and Bahamas you can get up to 500 MB for the 3 day plan

Other International destinations and Bahamas you can get up to 1 GB for the 7 day plan 

Other International destinations and Bahamas you can get up to 2GB for the 14 day plan

Cuba, Honduras and Dominica Republic get up to 250 MB for the 3 day plan,

Cuba, Honduras and Dominica Republic get up to 400 MB for the 7 day plan 

Cuba, Honduras and Dominica Republic get up to 600 MB for the 14 day plan

Voice Rates on EZ Roam Plan:

 $0.40 for Visited and Digicel Territories, N. America visited $0.25 and Cuba visited $0.45

 $0.60 for ROW, N. America $0.40 and Cuba $1.00

Other:

$0.15 per SMS

Prepaid customers can can activate the service using My Digicel App.
