Re: Changes Legacy Plans and Services
Like every other company across the globe, we are dealing with the impact of substantial increases in the costs of doing business with prices for goods, materials, utilities and labour going up significantly. And since our services are only as good as the investment in them, we must take action to ensure that what we deliver matches up to what you expect and deserve.
With that, effective September 26th, we are making some pricing adjustments across our product portfolio. We recognize price changes are never welcome and make every effort to balance keeping our prices and services competitive and compelling with the need to continue investing in the services that you depend on for your business. A 5% Increase will be applied to the following services.

Digicel will be retiring all Individual Business Plans & Cayman Red Price Plans and migrating those users to new enhanced Business Prime Bundles. Where possible we’ll be migrating users to associated pricing on a life for like basis as outlined below.
