The ‘Gift of Connection’ (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply toyou and govern your participation in the Promotion. You should read these Terms carefullybefore participating in the Promotion.

“We” or “us” means DIGICEL Cayman Limited (“Digicel”) a company incorporated in Cayman Islands having its registered office Cayman Technology Centre, 115 Printer Way , George Town, Cayman Islands. References to “we, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion and “your” shall

have the same meaning.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms incorporate the Digicel Terms of Use and the Digicel Prime Bundle Terms CConditions and our Privacy Policy which you can access by clicking the links below.

If you do not agree to, or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of 18, you shouldnot participate in this Promotion.

1. What is the “Gift of Connection” Promotion?

From November 20th, 2024 to January 3rd, 2025 (the “Promotional Period”),

Digicel will be offering you a chance to win either 2 Round Trip tickets from

Cayman Airways to one of these destinations of your choice either Panama, Kingston or Miami or an iPhone during the promotional period when you complete any one of thefollowing activities (“Qualifying Activities”):

• Paying your postpaid bill on

• Switching to

• Activating one of the following Prepaid Prime Bundles:

  1. 5 Day Prime Comfy

  2. 10 Day Prime Pro

  3. 30 Day Prime Max

(iv) Activating one of the following Postpaid Prime Bundles:

1. Supreme Extra Bundle

2. Supreme Pro

3. Supreme Super

4. Supreme Share

2. Who can participate in the Promotion?

Subject to these Terms, only the following people can participate in the Promotion:

1. Existing Prepaid Digicel

2. Existing Postpaid Digicel

3. Persons who have switched their telephone number to Digicel during thePromotional Period; and

4. Residents of the Cayman

Exclusions

The following persons cannot participate in the Promotion:

1. Corporate and business account

2. Any person who is not a legal resident of the Cayman Islands; and

3. Any person under the age of eighteen (18).

4. Employees/families of employees of Digicel (i.e., immediate family members g.,Father, Mother, Sister, Brother) and employees of affiliated companies associated with thispromotion.

3. How can I participate in the Promotion?

You can participate in the Promotion by completing any one of the following qualifying activities:

A.  In Store: Complete one of the Qualifying activities at a Digicel Store:

Complete one of the qualifying activities above at one of our retail stores located at GeorgeTown Waterfront, Camana Bay or Countryside Savannah

OR

1. MyDigicel App - Use the MyDigicel App to complete any one of the Qualified Activities below:

   1. Pay your postpaid bill in full and on

   2. Activate a Qualifying Prepaid Prime Bundle; or

OR

1. Digicel Website: Visit the Digicel Website and complete any one of the Qualified Activities below:

2. Pay your postpaid bill in full and on

3. Activate a Qualifying Prepaid Prime Bundle; or

4. Activate a Qualifying Postpaid Supreme

OR

1. Switch to Digicel by using any of the below methods.

Step 1: Sign up to switch your telephone number to Digicel at any of our retail stores on the Cayman Islands.

Step 2: Visit the Digicel Cayman website via one of the links below and follow the stepscommunicated by the Agent.

4. How and when will Winners be selected and announced?

The winner will be selected weekly at random via a transaction list provided by our online generating platform of all eligible participants during the Promotional period November27th to December 18th, 2024.

One (1) winner will be selected each week during the promotional period to win 2 Round Triptickets from Cayman Airways to one of these destinations of your choice either Panama, Kingston or Miami. Two (2) winners will be selected in the final week to win an iPhone 16.

The selection will take place at the Digicel Head located at the Cayman Technology Centre, 115 Printer Way , George Town, Cayman Islands.

5.     Will I be notified when I win the promotion?

Yes. The selected customers will be notified by a telephone call from a Digicel Representativecalling the mobile number used by the selected customer to qualify for the promotion advising them that they have won. The winner will also be posted on Digicel’s social mediaplatforms both Facebook C Instagram.

6.  What Prize(s) can I win?

One (1) winner will be selected each week during the promotional to win 2 Round Triptickets from Cayman Airways to one of these destinations of your choice either Panama,Kingston or Miami.

In the final week an additional two (2) winners will also be selected to win an iPhone 16.

7. What days will each drawing take place?

The Winners will be selected on the below dates to win

8.  What do I need to know about collecting my prize if I am a winner?

1. If you win, a Digicel representative will contact you by

2. A maximum of three (3) attempts will be made to call you within a period of twenty-four (24)

3. During the telephone call, our Digicel Representative will advise you where andhow to redeem your

4. You will be required to provide a government-issued identification in the form of aPassport, Driver's License or National Identification

5. You will also be required to do a short interview which will be posted on Digicel’ssocial media

G. Can someone collect the prize for me?

Yes. If you are not able to collect your prize, you will need to provide the Digicel MarketingManager with the name and contact number of the person who will be collecting your prize onyour behalf. That person will need to provide a local ID and will need to take the winning photo aswell as the interview for Digicel’s social platforms on your behalf to redeem the prize on yourbehalf.

10. What happens if the prize is not claimed?

If you win you will have 2 days in which to claim your prize. If the prize is not claimed withinthe allotted time, a representative will reach out to you in order to inform you that the period has passed, and another customer will be selected to receive the prize.

F. We reserve the right to award any forfeited or unclaimed prize to the next qualifying customer selected in the same manner as the first

G. We reserve the right to terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse is deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our

All travel must be completed by November 20, Included in the prize tickets are thetaxes and fees that are applicable at the time of booking, to be paid for by Digicel Cayman Limited as part of their Digicel Christmas campaign 2024 in partnership with Cayman Airways.Prize tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable if lost, and cannot be traded for cash.Reservations may not be confirmed for blackout dates during the travel period, includingpublic holidays in the Cayman Islands and in any Cayman Airways destination applicable tothe prize ticket. Prize tickets must be submitted for booking at least 4 weeks prior torequested departure dates. Seats for prize tickets may not be available on every flight at the time of booking so alternate dates may be needed. In the event of flightirregularities, passengers will be re-routed only via the services of Cayman Airways. Prizetickets apply ONLY to regular scheduled Cayman Airways flights, destinations, and departureairports applicable at the time of booking. Cayman Airways reserves the right to reject prize tickets if the notedwinner cannot be verified by the participating partners. Minors must be accompanied by an adult no younger than aged 21.
