DIGICEL CAYMAN – CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN 2025
Terms & Conditions
Campaign Period: December 5th – December 31st, 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all offers, promotions and raffles included in Digicel Cayman’s
Christmas Campaign. By participating in any offer, customer agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. All offers are valid for new and existing customers residing in the Cayman Islands, unless otherwise
stated.
2. Promotions apply only during the campaign period and are subject to stock availability.
3. Devices, plans and promotional prices are subject to Digicel’s standard credit checks, SIM
registration rules, and activation policies.
4. Digicel reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any offer at any time, without prior notice.
5. Device colours and models are subject to availability.
6. Offers cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions or bundled benefits unless explicitly
stated.
7. All prices listed are in Cayman Islands Dollars (CI$) and exclusive of government fees or taxes unless
stated otherwise.
2. POSTPAID OFFERS
2.1. 50% Off for First 2 Months (New Activations)
• Applicable to new Postpaid customers only.
• Discount applies to the base monthly subscription fee for the first two (2) bill cycles.
• Standard plan charges resume on the third month.
2.2. ESPN on Disney+ for CI$10.69/month
• Available for both new and existing Postpaid customers.
• Monthly fee added to customer’s Postpaid bill and requires an active Postpaid plan.
• Disney+ account setup and content access are subject to Disney’s activation policies.
2.3. iPhone 16e for CI$60/month (Supreme Pro Plan)
• Available to new and existing Postpaid customers.
• Device financing requires approval and signing of Digicel’s Device Financing Agreement.
• Promotion will launch once inventory becomes available.
• Customer must remain active and in good standing for the full financing term.
3. PREPAID OFFERS
3.1. iPhone 16e for CI$829 (incl. 30-day plan)
• Available to Prepaid customers.
• Includes a 30-day plan with data, minutes, and texts as per the standard offering.
• Offer will launch once inventory becomes available.
3.2. Samsung A17 for CI$249 (incl. 10-day plan)
• Includes a 10-day plan as per standard bundle benefits.
• One device per customer while stocks last.
4. DIGICEL+ (HOME INTERNET) OFFERS
4.1. Fibre 350Mbps from CI$76.50/month
• Standard installation fees, service availability, and credit checks apply.
• Monthly price applies to the base plan only.
4.2. $300 Store Credit with New D+ Activation
• Valid upon activation of any new Home Broadband service.
• Store credit must be redeemed toward handset purchases only.
• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, services, bill payments, or accessories.
• Credit must be used within 30 days of issuance.
5. EXISTING CUSTOMER BENEFITS
5.1. Second Line for CI$50/month
• Available only to existing Postpaid customers with an active primary line.
• Applies to specific eligible Postpaid plans only.
5.2. No Downpayment on Device Financing (2+ Years Tenure)
• Customer must have maintained an active Digicel Postpaid account for at least two (2) consecutive
years.
• Approval subject to account standing and internal credit checks.
6. RAFFLES – EXISTING CUSTOMERS ONLY
6.1. Prepaid Raffle
Ways to Enter:
• Top up CI$20 or more in a single transaction; or
• Activate any 7-day plan or higher.
Prize: Samsung A36 (5 devices available).
Conditions:
• Each eligible top-up or plan activation counts as one entry.
• Customers must have an active Prepaid account at the time of the draw.
6.2. Postpaid Raffle
Ways to Enter:
• Upgrade to a higher Postpaid plan; or
• Upgrade handset through Digicel; or
• Pay monthly bill on time and in full.
Prize: iPhone (10 devices available; model TBC).
Conditions:
• One entry per qualifying action per month.
• Customer must be active and in good standing at the time of the draw.
6.3. Digicel+ Raffle
Ways to Enter:
• Upgrade Home Internet plan; or
• Pay D+ bill on time and in full.
Prize: iPhone (2 devices available; model TBC).
Conditions:
• One entry per qualifying action per month.
• Customer must be active and in good standing at the time of draw.
7. RAFFLE RULES (ALL SEGMENTS)
1. Winners will be selected via random draw conducted by Digicel.
2. Winners will be contacted by phone or email. If a winner cannot be reached within 5 days, the prize
may be forfeited.
3. Prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
4. Digicel staff (including contractors and agency staff) are not eligible to participate.
5. Digicel reserves the right to use winners’ names and photos for promotional purposes.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Digicel shall not be liable for:
• Device or service delays caused by third-party suppliers;
• Service disruptions beyond Digicel’s control;
• Incorrect entries due to network issues, handset malfunctions, or customer error.
9. AMENDMENTS
Digicel reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the campaign without prior notice
if required by operational, regulatory, or supply-chain considerations.
