THE “SIM-TO-GO GOLDEN TICKET” PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The “SIM-To-Go Golden Ticket” Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for a chance to win cash and prizes. You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Digicel (Jamaica) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Jamaica with registered offices at 14 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston, Jamaica. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “You” means the person participating in this Promotion.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
1. What is the “SIM-To-Go Golden Ticket” Promotion?
During the Promotion Period, Digicel will distribute SIM-to-Go packages through participating merchants (visit https://www.digicelgroup.com/jm/en/sim-to-go-locations for the list of merchants). A limited number of those packages will contain Golden Ticket stickers. A Customer who purchases and activates a SIM that includes a Golden Ticket sticker and satisfies the validation requirements will be awarded one (1) JMD $5,000 GiftMe voucher redeemable at participating merchants islandwide and online (https://shopgiftme.com/sotre/). All Golden Sim winners will qualify for a chance to win the Grand Prize of a Samsung S25 Ultra.

One (1) winner will be selected from a pool of Golden ticket SIM-To-Go prepaid customers starting February 23, 2026-to April 6, 2026

One Hundred (100) randomly Pre-inserted Golden SIM ticket will be distributed to participating merchant during the promotional period.
Once the Golden SIM is purchased and activated the SIM holder will become a winner of the voucher and also receive an entry into the Grand Prize Draw.
2. What is the Promotional Period?
This Promotion is valid from February 23, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST through April 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
3. Who is eligible to enter the Promotion?
In order to be eligible for this Promotion, you must perform the following Qualifying Activities during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Customer”):
a) Purchase a Digicel SIM-To-Go promotional pack from a participating merchant; and
b) Activate the SIM between February 23, 2026 and April 6, 2026.
The following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
a. Minors
b. Prepaid and Postpaid Corporate & Business account customers;
c. Customers who have elected not to participate in any Digicel promotions;
d. Employees/families of employees (Spouse and Children) of Digicel, employees of affiliated companies associated with this Promotion;
e. Ambassadors of Digicel;
f. Employees who have left Digicel within the three (3) month period preceding the commencement date of the Promotion and during the Promotional Period;
g. Postpaid customers with an overdue amount;
h. Directors of Digicel during the Promotional Period;
i. Customers who have ported their number to another telecommunications network during the Promotional Period; and
j. Grand prize winners of the following previous Digicel promotions: 4 Cars in 4 Weeks, Christmas is a 10, Run fi yuh TV, Postpaid Staycation, Remix D’Summa 2025, One Home. One Jamaica and Gift a Smile.
4. What is the Golden SIM winner Selection Mechanism for this promotion?
To ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with chance-based promotional guidelines:
a. Pre-selection & Insertion: 100 Golden Tickets will be randomly pre-selected and inserted into SIM-to-Go packs prior to distribution.
b. No Identifiers: SIM-to-Go packs with Golden Tickets are indistinguishable at point of sale.
c. Even Allocation: Golden Tickets are evenly allocated across batches to reduce geographic or merchant bias.
d. Pure Chance: Winning is determined solely by chance when a customer purchases and activates a SIM containing a Golden Ticket. No purchase beyond the SIM itself is required to win.
e. No Influence: Merchants and staff cannot influence outcomes post-distribution.
5. Grand Prize Draw.
a. All Customers who are verified Golden Ticket winners (i.e., have successfully completed ticket validation and SIM activation)will be automatically added to the Grand Prize Pool.
b. Grand Prize: One (1) Samsung S25 Ultra.
c. Winner Selection: The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from the Grand Prize Pool using a Digicel-approved random selection method below.
d. Multiple Wins: A Customer may win one (1) JMD $5,000 GiftMe voucher via Golden SIM discovery and be eligible to win the Grand Prize winner. Each Golden Ticket may only be redeemed once and corresponds to one (1) entry in the Grand Prize Pool.
6. Will the customer be notified when to enter the Promotion?
Public awareness for this Promotion will be in the form of traditional media advertising (radio), programmatic advertising, promotional flyer, social media posting at the following handles: @digiceljamaica on Instagram, TikTok and X (formerly Twitter) and Digicel Jamaica on Facebook, and direct SMS messages to the customers during the Promotional Period. The promotional details will also be uploaded to our website at www.digiceljamaica.com.

7. Who can customers contact if they have queries or complaints about the Promotion?
For assistance with queries or complaints in respect of this Promotion, customers may contact Digicel’s customer care at Customercare@digicelgroup.com or by dialing 100.
8. Is there a limit to the number of times a customer can enter the Promotion?
Yes, customers can enter the Promotion multiple times but must be guided by the existing limit of up to 5 SIM card over a 120 days period. As such a customer will not be able to purchase more than 5 SIMs over the Promotional Period.
9. How many times can a customer win?
Customers who activate the preselected Golden SIM-To-Go will win $5000 GiftMe voucher and be eligible to win the Grand Prize Draw for a Samsung S25 Ultra.

11. How will the winners be selected?
The $5000 Gift Me Winners will be selected and entitled to claim prize on completion of the following:
a. Activate the SIM associated with the Golden ticket;
b. Undergo verification in Digicel’s activation systems to confirm the SIM serial/ICCID and ticket details correspond to a Golden Ticket allocation; and
c. Provide preference for voucher redemption (SMS, or email) to agent who will be making contact to the winners via Digicel 18766195000 number.
The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from an electronic pool of Eligible Customers via Digicel’s Raffle Manager Platform. On the draw date, a total of twenty-five (25) numbers will be pulled from pre-paid customers, The numbers will be arranged in a top-bottom sequential order and the Digicel representative will attempt to make contact until a winner has been identified.
12. How will winners be notified?
For the $5000 Gift Me Winners, after activation, the winning number will receive an sms informing that they won. Also, three (3) calls will be made to the winning numbers between 12: 00 PM EST and 2:00 PM EST on the next business day, following the activation of the SIM. If there is no response to a number, the customer will have one (1) week to call and claim their prize. Unclaimed Golden Stickers will be forfeited at the end of the promotion on April 6, 2026. For the Grand Prize winner, Three (3) calls will be made to the numbers selected by Digicel’s Raffle Manager Platform in a top-bottom sequential order between 12: 00 PM EST and 2:00 PM EST on the next business day, following the draw dates. If there is no response to a number, the next number in-line will be contacted until a winner is successfully identified. All calls to customers will be made from 876-619-5000; this number is the only number that is authorized for the making of calls to winners for this Promotion. During the telephone contact of the selected winners, full details of the winning prize will be communicated along with the process for redeeming their prize.
13. What will winners need in order to claim their prize?
In order to claim their prize, the winner will need to provide the below information to the email address provided by the Digicel representative who contacted them from 876-619-5000 within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact by Digicel:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Email address, if applicable
- A clear head shot photo
- valid Government-issued photo identification (Driver’s Licence, Passport, Voter’s ID)
- Commercial banking details for direct deposit, if applicable, along with documentary proof of bank account (for example, bank statement or screenshot of the account details from an electronic platform clearly showing name on the account, branch location and complete account number). If the customer does not have a bank account, they may present a written letter of authorization, witnessed by a Justice of the Peace, for payment to be made to their authorized party. Please note that payments will not be made to a credit union account.
- Winning phone number (the number must be registered to the intended winner). If the number is unregistered the customer may proceed to register same within the timeframe specified above.
Special Needs Winners
If a selected winner has special needs and is unable to collect their prize and/or submit the relevant documents, that winner will be allowed to have a representative act on their behalf. Such representatives must provide written consent from the winner selected, witnessed by a Justice of the Peace and valid Government-issued photo identification for both the winner and their representative to claim the prize.
Minor Winners
There will be no minor winners, as individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to purchase a SIM card and therefore cannot participate in the Promotion.
Forfeiture of Prizes
If a winner is unable to provide the above information and documents within the timeframe stipulated above, the prize will be forfeited. Additionally, the grand draw prize winner or representative is specifically required to attend a handover event at the Digicel Head Office at 14 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston on Friday, April 10, 2026; failing which the prize will be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, Digicel reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with the mechanism specified herein, subject to consultation and approval from the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission.
Additional Considerations for Prize Redemption
a) The Grand Prize winner may attend in person or send an authorized person to collect on their behalf. Such representative must provide written consent from the winner selected, witnessed by a Justice of the Peace, and valid Government-issued photo identification for both the winner and their representative.
b) Winners are required to sign a Redemption Form confirming receipt of their prize.
c) Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged unless otherwise approved by the Betting, Gaming, and Lotteries Commission.
d) Save in the event of its gross negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors, and sponsors, or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming any reward.
Additional Terms and Conditions
A. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use.
B. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate (upon consultation and approval of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission) this offer if, in our opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.
C. The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. Furthermore, by redeeming your prize you accept the manufacturer’s warranty and terms and conditions.
D. If a prize is unavailable, we may, at our discretion, substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal value and/or specification with the approval of the Betting, Gaming, and Lotteries Commission.
E. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion upon consultation and approval of the Betting, Gaming, and Lotteries Commission. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the MyDigicel App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
F. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and country and/or disclosing it to third parties in accordance with applicable law) and any other purposes to which you have consented. If you refuse to do so, you forfeit your right to claim the prize if you are selected as the winner.
G. Winners agree to take part in any promotional, marketing, or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Digicel, failing which the prize may be forfeited. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image, or photograph for any and all programming and/or publicity or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by Digicel’s or its agencies, without further compensation, throughout the world in perpetuity. If you refuse to do so, you forfeit your right to claim the prize if you are selected as the winner.
H. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you remain bound by our MyDigicel App (“the App”) Terms and Mobile Terms and Conditions of Use.
