THE “POSTPAID UNLOCKED” PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

End Date: Saturday, April 4, 2026 

The “Postpaid Unlocked” Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for a chance to win cash and prizes.  You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

“We” or “us” means Digicel (Jamaica) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Jamaica with registered offices at 14 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston, Jamaica. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

“I” or “You” means the person participating in this Promotion.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.

1.        What is the “Postpaid Unlocked” Promotion?

This Promotion provides an opportunity for our Postpaid customers to win a bundle of prizes which include the following:

•  1 Grand Prize winner will receive $1,000,000 JMD - One (1) winner will be selected from a pool of Postpaid customers starting February 6, 2026-to April 4, 2026

• 8 winners will receive an iPhone 17 Pro Max each - One (1) winner will be selected each week, for eight (8) weeks (see Draw Table below) & Each week, one winner will be selected from a pool of Postpaid customers

• 8 winners will receive a $5,000 JMD bill write off - One (1) winner will be selected each week, for eight (8) weeks (see Draw Table below) & Each week, one winner will be selected from a pool of Postpaid customers

• 8 winners will receive a $10,000 JMD bill write off - One (1) winner will be selected each week, for eight (8) weeks (see Draw Table below) & Each week, one winner will be selected from a pool of Postpaid customers

Winners of the iPhone 17 Pro Max and Bill write off prizes will not be eligible for another weekly prize nor the grand draw prize. 

2.        What is the Promotional Period?

This Promotion is valid from February 6, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST through to April 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

3.        Who is eligible to enter the Promotion?

In order to be eligible for this Promotion, you must perform one of the following Qualifying Activities during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Customer”):

Postpaid Customers:

1.        Must be on an active Postpaid Prime Plan (i.e. no outstanding balance on your account during the Qualifying Period).

o    Tiered entries based on plan value as stated below:

2.        Have an active Post-Paid Add- on: Eligible current Plan Add-Ons

3.        Eligible Promotional Add-Ons

4.        Switch to Digicel Postpaid  - Customers who switch to Digicel from another network provider will receive 2 entries weekly

5.        Sign up for a Postpaid plan  -  Customers who sign up for a post-paid plan will received tiered entries as per item 3(1) above.

6.        Upgrade to Existing Postpaid Plan -   Customer who upgrade to an existing post-paid plan will received tiered entries as per item 3(1) above based on the plan that the customer upgrades to.

7.        Pay bill on time and in full -   Customers who pays their bill on time and in full, will received tiered entries as per item 3(1) above based on the plan that they are on.

The following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:

a.        Prepaid and Postpaid Corporate & Business account customers;

b.       Customers who have elected not to participate in any Digicel promotions;

c.        Employees/families of employees (Spouse and Children) of Digicel, employees of affiliated companies associated with this Promotion;

d.       Ambassadors of Digicel;

e.        Employees who have left Digicel within the three (3) month period preceding the commencement date of the Promotion and during the Promotional Period;

f.         Postpaid customers with an overdue amount;

g.        Directors of Digicel during the Promotional Period;

h.       Customers who have ported their number to another telecommunications network during the Promotional Period; and

i.         Grand prize winners of the following previous Digicel promotions: 4 Cars in 4 Weeks, Christmas is a 10, Run fi yuh TV, Postpaid Staycation, Remix D’Summa 2025, One Home. One Jamaica and Gift a Smile.

4.        What are the eligible plans (“Eligible Plans”) that will grant customers entry into this Promotion?

The activation of the below Eligible Plans as well as purchasing activities will grant customers entry into the Promotion.

5.        How will entries be awarded?

Entries will be awarded as follows:

6.        Will the customer be notified when to enter the Promotion?

Public awareness for this Promotion will be in the form of traditional media advertising (radio and TV), programmatic advertising, promotional flyer, scanning the QR code on the promotional flyer, social media posting at the following handles: @digiceljamaica on Instagram, TikTok and X (formerly Twitter) and Digicel Jamaica on Facebook, and direct SMS messages to the customers during the Promotional Period. The promotional details will also be uploaded to our website at www.digiceljamaica.com.

7.        Who can customers contact if they have queries or complaints about the Promotion?

For assistance with queries or complaints in respect of this Promotion, customers may contact Digicel’s customer care at Customercare@digicelgroup.com or by dialing 100.

8.        Is there a limit to the number of times a customer can enter the Promotion?

No, customers may enter the Promotion multiple times during the Promotional Period.

9.        How many times can a customer enter and win?

Customers who win a weekly prize (namely iPhone 17 Pro Max, or a postpaid bill write-off) will not be eligible to win another weekly prize nor the grand prize of One Million Jamaican Dollars.

10.     What is the qualifying period and draw dates for the Promotion?

The qualifying period and the draw dates are as follows:

Weekly Prize -iPhone 17 Pro Max

Weekly Prize - $5000 Bill Write Off

Weekly Prize-$10,000 Bill Write-Off

Grand Prize (JMD$1,000,000)

Customers will have up until 11:59 PM EST on the day preceding draw date in order to qualify. All draws will be conducted at the Digicel Head Office at 14 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston at 11:00 AM EST on the respective draw dates.

What are the prizes to be won for the Promotion?

 Weekly Prizes

11.     How will the winners be selected?

Winners will be randomly selected from an electronic pool of Eligible Customers via Digicel’s Raffle Manager Platform. There will be one (1) winner selected for the Grand Prize of One Million Jamaican Dollars,  8 winners (1 winner each week) for iPhone 17 Pro Max smartphones, 8 winners (1 winner each week) for   $5,000 postpaid bill write-off and 8 winners (1 winner each week) for $10,000 postpaid bill write-off . On the draw dates, a total of twenty-five (25) numbers will be pulled from post-paid customers. The numbers will be arranged in a top-bottom sequential order and the Digicel representative will attempt to make contact until a winner has been identified. The winner for iPhone 17 Pro Max smartphone will be identified first, followed by the winner for $5,000 postpaid bill write-off and then the winner for $10,000 postpaid bill write-off. For the weekly draws, after the three (3) winners have been identified, the other twenty-two (22) post-paid numbers will be returned to the main pool for entry into the grand prize draw. For the grand prize draw date, after the three (3) weekly winners and the grand draw winner are selected, the remaining twenty-one (21) post-paid numbers will be reserved and used to identify another winner, in the event a winner forfeits.

12.     How will winners be notified?

Three (3) calls will be made to the numbers selected by Digicel’s Raffle Manager Platform in a top-bottom sequential order between 12: 00 PM EST and 2:00 PM EST on the next business day, following the draw dates. If there is no response to a number, the next number in-line will be contacted until a winner is successfully identified.  All calls to customers will be made from 876-619-5000; this number is the only number that is authorized for the making of calls to winners for this Promotion. During the telephone contact of the selected winners, full details of the winning prize will be communicated along with the process for redeeming their prize.

13.     What will winners need in order to claim their prize?

In order to claim their prize, the winner will need to provide the below information to the email address provided by the Digicel representative who contacted them from 876-619-5000 within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact by Digicel:

-       Full Name

-       Contact Number

-       A clear head shot photo

-       If over 18 years, valid Government-issued photo identification (Driver’s Licence, Passport, Voter’s ID)

-       If under 18 years, Student ID and Birth Certificate

-       Commercial banking details for direct deposit, if applicable, along with documentary proof of bank account (for example, bank statement or screenshot of the account details from an electronic platform clearly showing name on the account, branch location and complete account number). If the customer does not have a bank account, they may present a written letter of authorization, witnessed by a Justice of the Peace, for payment to be made to their authorized party. Please note that payments will not be made to a credit union account.

-       Winning phone number (the number must be registered to the intended winner). If the number is unregistered the customer may proceed to register same within the timeframe specified above.

Special Needs Winners

If a selected winner has special needs and is unable to collect their prize and/or submit the relevant documents, that winner will be allowed to have a representative act on their behalf.  Such representatives must provide written consent from the winner selected, witnessed by a Justice of the Peace and valid Government-issued photo identification for both the winner and their representative to claim the prize.

Minor Winners

Winners under the age of eighteen (18) years will have to share the above information for themselves and for their parent or guardian in addition to the minor’s Birth Certificate or proof of guardianship. Parent/guardian is required to accompany minor and provide valid identification.

Forfeiture of Prizes

If a winner is unable to provide the above information and documents within the timeframe stipulated above, the prize will be forfeited. Additionally, the grand draw prize winner or representative is specifically required to attend a handover event at the Digicel Head Office at 14 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston on Friday, April 10, 2026; failing which the prize will be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, Digicel reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with the mechanism specified herein, particularly item 11 above, subject to consultation and approval from the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission. 

Additional Considerations for Prize Redemption  

a)        iPhone 17 Pro Max prizes will be available for collection at the Digicel Head Office at 14 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston within fourteen (14) days of the winner providing the information above. The winner may attend in person or send an authorized person to collect on their behalf. Such representative must provide written consent from the winner selected, witnessed by a Justice of the Peace, and valid Government-issued photo identification for both the winner and their representative.

b)       Postpaid bill write-offs will be automatically applied to winners' mobile numbers by April 30, 2026.

c)        Payment of the cash prize will be made via bank transfer within forty-five (45) days of the winner providing the information above.

d)       Winners are required to sign a Redemption Form confirming receipt of their prize. If the winner is under the age of eighteen (18), the Redemption Form must be signed by the parent/guardian.

e)        Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged unless otherwise approved by the Betting, Gaming, and Lotteries Commission.

f)        Non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash prizes. Similarly, cash prizes cannot be exchanged for non-cash prizes.

g)       Save in the event of its gross negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors, and sponsors, or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming any reward.

Additional Terms and Conditions

A.      This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use.

B.      We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate (upon consultation and approval of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission) this offer if, in our opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.

C.      The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win the prizes. Furthermore, by redeeming your prize you accept the manufacturer’s warranty and terms and conditions.

D.     If a prize is unavailable, we may, at our discretion, substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal value and/or specification with the approval of the Betting, Gaming, and Lotteries Commission.

E.      We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion upon consultation and approval of the Betting, Gaming, and Lotteries Commission. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the MyDigicel App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

F.      By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including  publishing your full name and country and/or disclosing it to third parties in accordance with applicable law) and any other purposes to which you have consented. If you refuse to do so, you forfeit your right to claim the prize if you are selected as the winner.

G.     Winners agree to take part in any promotional, marketing, or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Digicel, failing which the prize may be forfeited. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image, or photograph for any and all programming and/or publicity or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by Digicel’s or its agencies, without further compensation, throughout the world in perpetuity. If you refuse to do so, you forfeit your right to claim the prize if you are selected as the winner.

H.     In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you remain bound by our MyDigicel App (“the App”) Terms and Mobile Terms and Conditions of Use.
