Terms and Conditions
These Digicel Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation to the Weekly Lucky Draw Promotion.
You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before subscribing.
“We” or “us” means Unigestion Holding S.A. (« Digicel Haïti »), a company registered under the laws of Haïti with registered offices at # 151, Av. Jean Paul II & Impasse Duverger, Turgeau, Port-au-Prince, Haïti. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time. “I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Weekly Lucky Draw Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms incorporate the Mobile application Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which you can access via Digicel website.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18) you should not participate in this Promotion.
1. Promotion Overview
The Christmas Weekly Lucky Draw (“Promotion”) gives Prepaid customers the chance to win exciting cash prizes every Friday simply by recharging their Digicel number.
2. Promotional Period
The Promotion runs every Friday from November 24th to January 2nd, 2026.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all Digicel Prepaid customers in Haiti with an active prepaid account in good standing.
4. How to Participate
Customers automatically earn entries with each eligible recharge of at least 50 HTG made during the promotional week (Friday 00:00 to Thursday 23:59).
1 entry per recharge made through traditional channels (PapPaDap, etc.)
2 entries per recharge made through MonCash
5. Prize Details
Two (2) winners will be selected every Friday with special prizes on December 25th and December 31st.
Weekly prizes: 100,000 HTG x 2
Special prizes:
1,000,000 HTG on December 25th
1,000,000 HTG on December 31st
6. Prize Redemption
Winners will be contacted by Digicel representatives via a verified number. To claim their prize, winners must:
Present a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID).
Present the SIM card/phone used to participate in the Promotion.
Complete and sign a Prize Redemption Form and a Consent & Release Form authorizing the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes.
7. Who Cannot Participate
The following customers are excluded from this Promotion:
Postpaid Corporate and Business account holders.
Postpaid customers with overdue or inactive accounts.
Employees and immediate families of Digicel or affiliated companies.
Employees and families of any partner company associated with the Promotion, including prize providers.
Individuals under 18 years old.
Persons not residing in Haiti.
8. Roaming
This Promotion is not accessible while roaming. Only recharges made in Haiti during the promotional period qualify for entries.
9. General Terms
The Promotion is intended for personal use only, not commercial resale.
The Promotion will be advertised via SMS, app notifications, digital media, social media platforms, radio and Television.
Digicel reserves the right to disqualify or terminate participation if any abuse, fraud, or misuse is detected.
Winners must be active and have no outstanding balances with Digicel to remain eligible.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Digicel may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.
10. Privacy and Publicity
By participating, customers consent to Digicel’s use of their personal data for the operation of the Promotion, including name, likeness, and image, for promotional or marketing purposes in all media without additional compensation.
11. Liability
Digicel shall not be held responsible for:
Technical failures, interruptions, or disconnections of network, hardware, or software.
Unauthorized human intervention or administrative errors.
Any loss, damage, or injury sustained as a result of participating in or claiming a prize.
