1. What is the Weekly Lucky Draw?
It’s a weekly promotion where Prepaid customers can win cash prizes by recharging their Digicel number during the week.
2. How do I earn entries?
You automatically earn entries when you recharge your number for at least 50 HTG
1 entry for each recharge of at least 50 HTG via traditional channels
2 entries for each recharge of at least 50 HTG via MonCash
3. When does the draw take place?
Every Friday during the promotional period.
4. What can I win?
Two (2) winners will be selected every Friday with special prizes on December 25th and December 31st.
Weekly prizes: 100,000 HTG x 2
Special prizes:
1,000,000 HTG on December 25th
1,000,000 HTG on December 31st
5. How will winners be notified?
Winners will be contacted directly by Digicel through an official Digicel number.
6. What do I need to claim my prize?
Bring a valid ID and the phone number used to participate. You’ll also sign a prize redemption and consent form. You have a 30-day deadline to claim your prize starting on the day your number is pulled as a winner. Passed this deadline, the reward will be made available to the next number drawn during the given week draw.
7. Who is eligible to participate?
All Digicel Prepaid customers in Haiti with an active plan can participate.
8. Who is excluded from the promotion?
Postpaid customers, corporate accounts, Digicel staff and their families, partner company employees, individuals under 18, and non-residents of Haiti.
9. Can I participate while roaming?
No. Recharges must be made while in Haiti to qualify.
10. Can I win more than once?
No.
11. How will I know if the call or message is really from Digicel?
Official Digicel calls and messages will come only from verified Digicel number. Digicel will never ask for your PIN or payment to release a prize.
12. Can I refuse publicity if I win?
You may choose not to appear in promotional material; however, refusal to complete the consent form may forfeit your prize.
