Online Top Up & Bill Payments


We ensure that our customers are able to stay connected with families & friends and have access to the available channels for Top Up, Bill payments and Reconnections. Below are some of the ways that you can do so:


1.    Go to Main Menu

2.    Click on Top Up - choose Top Up method

3.    Click on Plans - choose from Prepaid Plan

MyCash Bill Pay

For bill payments; you can pay for EFL (Cash Power and post pay), WAF, Unwired, Sky Pacific and Digicel Post Paid bills.



Bill Pay Steps:

1.    Tap the “More” option on your home screen and then “Bill Pay”.

2.    Tap “Add Bill” to select a biller from the drop down menu and assign them a nickname and account number so you can make a payment from your MyCash mobile wallet.

3.    After you add the biller you’ll go back to the “Bill Pay” screen and select “Pay” in the biller you wish to pay. Enter the amount you wish to pay and click “Pay”.

4.    Enter your 4-digit PIN and you will be able to see your transaction confirmation.

5.    You will also receive an SMS with your transaction confirmation number.



Download the Westpac app

Select Top Up

Enter recipients details and select Top Up



Recharge from your nearest ANZ ATM




Download the BSP app

Go to Management & Maintenance

Click on Mobile Top Up

Click on icon to add recipient

Add individual

Click on Mobile Top Up to send to individual



Credit U

To send credit to another Digicel number:

Dial *128*DigicelMobile Number*AmountofCredit# SEND
E.g *128*7775511*5#
Enter 1 to confirm the transfer.

OR via MyDigicel app

Click on top side Menu
Go to Additional Services
Choose to Send Credit or Request

BSP Debit Card Payment - Sky/Triply Play/Unwired

1.       Login to your respective account (Sky/Unwired or Triple Play) using Self Care Portal

2.       Select Online Payment Option

3.       Enter amount to pay

4.       Enter “Pay with BSP”

5.       Click again “Pay with BSP”

6.       Enter BSP Card number(17 Digits) and Card Holder Name

7.       Select “Proceed”

8.       Enter OTP Code sent to your mobile number

9.       Press “OK”

10.   Payment will be updated

11.   Check your balance under “Balance”
