Digicel+ Home Fibre customers whose plan includes Disney+ or who have purchased a Disney+ add-on will get unlimited access to the best movies and series from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic, all in one place, whenever they want.

Digicel+ customers who subscribe to a plan with Disney+, will receive an email once the plan has been added to their Digicel+ account with instructions how to activate their subscription via the MyDigicel app.
You can also open the MyDigicel app, go to your Digicel+ Account profile and select Disney+ from the menu options listed. You will then see the Activate button highlighted if your plan includes Disney+, from there you will need to click the Activate button which will then redirect you to the Disney+ web portal where you will need to create a Disney+ account before you can enjoy streaming.
Unfortunately no. To access Disney+ with your Digicel+ account you will need to create your Digicel ID via the My Digicel app or web portal in order for us to verify your subscription.
Digicel customers who already have a Digicel ID tied to their mobile account, will need to add their 12-Digit Digicel+ account number to their profile. Simply select "Add Account" from the menu options and follow the instructions.

If you currently subscribe to Disney+ directly, you won’t need to cancel your subscription. To keep your existing Disney+ profile with your Digicel+ account you will need to first verify your Digicel+ subscription via the My Digicel app or web browser. Once you click “Activate”, you will redirected to Disney+ where you can login using your existing Disney+ credentials to keep your profile.
Your existing Disney+ subscription will be automatically paused for as long as you subscribe to Disney+ via your Digicel+ account. Any future charges will be billed monthly by Digicel+ after activating your Disney+ subscription.
