**Free incoming calls are not applicable while roaming in Guyana and Haiti. Prepaid customers roaming in Guyana will be charged $0.48/min for incoming calls. Postpaid customers roaming in Guyana will be charged $0.30/min for incoming calls. Postpaid and Prepaid customers roaming in Haiti will be charged $2/min for incoming calls. All other services of the Roaming Passport are available in these countries.

This plan can be used in 48 states in USA (Does not include Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Cruise Ships)

Yes, you can activate a roaming plan before travel. By doing so you can begin roaming as soon as you reach your destination.
All major US carriers have shut down their 2G and 3G networks and roaming cannot be guaranteed with older 2G/3G devices. Please ensure you enable data roaming as otherwise service will not be widely available while roaming in the USA.
Customers can activate a plan using the MyDigicel app, Dial *100# for Prepaid, or Dial *777# for Postpaid.
If you don't activate a bundle, you can still roam and will pay our standard roaming rates. To enjoy our best value, activate a new Roam Easy bundle.
A balance check may be conducted by dialing the short code *147#, using the MyDigicel App or on Digicel’s website.
No, the plan doen not automatically renew upon expiry.
