1. What is the promotion period?

The promotion runs from 7th November 2025 to 10th January 2026, inclusive. Digicel reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time without prior notice.


2. Who is eligible to participate?

This promotion is open to all new and existing Digicel prepaid, postpaid mobile, and Digicel+ Home Internet customers in Antigua & Barbuda.

To qualify for prize draws, customers must be 18 years or older and meet one or more of the following:

·       Prepaid Customers:

o   Upgrade to postpaid

o   Activate a GenConnect, 7-day, or 30-day Prime Ultra Bundle

·       Postpaid Customers:

o   Upgrade to a Supreme Plan (Start, More, Share 2, Share 3, Share 4)

o   Pay postpaid bill in full and on time (on or before the 28th of the month)

·       New Customers:

o   Sign up for a new prepaid service

o   Sign up for Digicel+ Home Internet Service

o   Sign up for a new postpaid service (must be on a Supreme Plan)

Note: Employees of Digicel and its affiliates may be excluded at Digicel’s discretion.


3. What bonus data is offered?

Prepaid Customers:

  • 4x Data on 7-Day Prime Ultra Plan and 30-Day Prime Ultra plans.

  • 2x Data on the 3-Day Promo Prime Bundle.

  • 4x Data on GenConnect Plans.

4. How do I activate a plan and receive bonus data?

Prepaid Customers:

  • Plans can be activated via:

  • MyDigicel App

  • Digicel Retail Stores

  • Top-up Vendors

  • UMM

  • Bonus data is automatically applied upon successful activation.

  • You will receive an SMS confirmation of activation and bonus data allocation.

  • Bonus data is valid until the plan’s expiration date.

Postpaid Customers:

  • Plans must be activated in-store.

  • Bonus data is automatically added upon signup.


5. Will I be notified before my plan expires?

Yes. You will receive an SMS reminder 24 hours before your plan expires. All plan and bonus data benefits expire at 11:59 PM on the final day of the plan’s validity.


6. What are the promotion prizes and giveaways?

6. How are winners notified during the promotion?

Winners will be contacted by phone within 48 hours of the draw. If the call is not answered after three attempts, Digicel will try to reach the winner via WhatsApp messaging. A 48-hour response window will be given. If there is no response, the process will repeat until a winner is successfully contacted.

Note: Winners will not be contacted via SMS or email due to spam concerns.


7. Are there any limitations to the promotion?

  • The promotion is valid only in Antigua & Barbuda.

  • Bonus data is non-transferable and has no cash value.

  • Digicel is not responsible for failed activations due to technical issues or customer error.


8. Can I switch plans during the promotion?

Yes. Switching plans does not affect the validity of previously awarded bonus data. Bonus data remains active until its original expiry date.


9. Will plan prices change during the promotion?

No. Plan prices remain unchanged during the promotional period. There are no additional charges for bonus data.


10. What happens if I activate multiple plans?

Activating a new Prime Ultra plan while another is active may extend or reduce the validity of the existing plan and remaining data, based on the duration of the new plan.
