Digicel wishes to advise the public that in light of the implementation of the Government’s 2.5% Health and Citizen Security Levy, customers can expect to see an increase in their bill total as of October 1st , 2023. This will be applicable across our entire range of products and services including mobile, Digicel+ and Digicel Business.

This Digicel “Valentine’s” (the “Promotion”) frequently asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for a chance to win the various Grand Prizes offered. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Digicel St. Lucia a company registered under the laws of St. Lucia with registered offices at ECFH building, Gros- Islet References to “we”, “Our”, “us” and “Digicel” in these Terms also include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time. “I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should stop participating in the Promotion and the “Shake to Win” promotion immediately.
1. What is the Digicel “Valentine’s promotion”?
Digicel is giving our prepaid customers who activate a Prime Plus Bundle or Gift a Prime plus bundle the opportunity to Shake To win prizes including Body scrubs, couples massages, dinners for two, weekend getaways and the grand prize of his and hers Samsung S21 devices
2. How can I qualify to win?
Simply Activate a Prime Plus bundle or gift a plan in the MyDigicel app. For customers who activate a Prime Plus bundle you can shake to win weekly prizes in addition to the Grand prize. Customers who gift a plan will be eligible to shake on Valentine’s Day for a chance to win His and hers Samsung S21 devices.
3. When does the Promotion start and end?
The promotion starts February 8th and will end on the 14th of February.
4. Who can participate in the Promotion?
Any prepaid customer with a prime Plus bundle activated during or at the time of the promotion. Any prepaid customer who gifts a plan in the MyDigicel app.
The following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
a. Any person who, at any time on or after February 1st, 2021, was or is a director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel;
b. Families of our employees;
c. Employees and families of employees of any company associated with this Promotion, including any provider of the Grand Prizes;
d. Postpaid customers with overdue amounts or inactive accounts;
e. Persons under the age of eighteen (18); and
f. Persons who do not reside in St. Lucia.
5. Which Digicel prepaid/postpaid bundles/plans are included in the Promotion?
This promotion only apples to prepaid subscribers.
6. Will I be notified when to participate in the Promotion?
You will receive an SMS advising that you are eligible to shake
7. How will the Winner be notified?
a. The Winner will be notified by a Digicel representative who will call the mobile phone number used by the Winner to participate in the Promotion.
8. What do I need to know about claiming the Grand Prize if I am the Winner?
a. During the telephone call, full details of the Grand Prize handover (redemption) process and location will be confirmed.
b. You will need to present a valid Government-issued photo ID (passport, voter’s identification card or driver’s license) and the phone used to participate in the Promotion.
