WIN A SPA DAY FOR YOU & MOM

End Date:  May 26th, 2024.

 

The ‘Win a Spa Day for You & Mom’,(the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion. You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

 

 “We” or “us” means DIGICEL (ST. KITTS & NEVIS) LIMITED (“Digicel”) a company incorporated in St. Kitts & Nevis having its registered office at Koi Office, One Airport Road, Basseterre, St. Kitts.  References to “we, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion and “your” shall have the same meaning.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms incorporate the Digicel Terms of Use and the Digicel Prime Bundle Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy which you can access.

Prime Bundles Terms and Conditions

If you do not agree to, or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of 18, you should not participate in this Promotion.

 

  1. What is ‘Win a Spa Day for You & Mom, Mother’ s Day Promotion?

 

From May 6th, 2024 to May 26th, 2024 (the “Promotional Period”), Digicel will be offering You a chance to win a Spa Day for You and Your Mom this Mother’s Day when You complete any one of the following activities (“Qualifying Activities”):

  • Paying your postpaid bill on time.
  • Switching to Digicel.
  • Activating one of the following Prepaid Prime Bundles:
    1. 3 – Day Prepaid Prime Bundle.
    2. 7 – Day Prepaid Prime Bundle.
    3. 14 - Day Prepaid Prime Bundle; or
    4. 30- Day Prepaid Prime Bundle.
  • Activating one of the following Postpaid Prime Bundles:
    1. 30 Day Postpaid More Prime Bundle.
    2. Digicel Extra Prime Bundle; or
    3. Digicel Max Prime Bundle.

 

  1. Who can participate in the Promotion?

Subject to these Terms, only the following persons can participate in the Promotion:

  1. Existing Prepaid Digicel Customers.
  2. Existing Postpaid Digicel Customers.
  3. Persons who have switched their telephone number to Digicel during the Promotional Period; and
  4. Residents of St. Kitts and Nevis.

 

 

Exclusions

The following persons cannot participate in the Promotion:

  1. Corporate and business account customers.
  2. Any person who is not a legal resident of St. Kitts and Nevis; and
  3. Any person under the age of eighteen (18).
  4. Employees/families of employees of Digicel (i.e., immediate family members e.g., Father, Mother, Sister, Brother) and employees of affiliated companies associated with this promotion.

 

  1. How can I participate in the Promotion?

Participate in the Promotion by completing any one of the following qualifying activities:

 

  1. Visiting a Retail Store and completing any one of the Qualified Activities:

Step 2: Visit one of our retail stores located on Fort Street St. Kitts or Charlestown Nevis and compete one of the qualifying transactions over the counter with an agent.

 

OR

 

  1. Using the MyDigicel App to complete any one of the Qualified Activities
  2. Pay your postpaid bill in full and on time.
  3. Activate a Qualifying Prepaid Prime Bundle; or
  4. Activate a Qualifying Postpaid Prime Bundle.

 

OR

 

  1. Visiting the Digicel Website and complete any one of the Qualified Activities
  2. Pay your postpaid bill in full and on time.
  3. Activate a Qualifying Prepaid Prime Bundle; or
  4. Activate a Qualifying Postpaid Prime Bundle.

 

OR

  1. Switching to Digicel by using any of the below methods.

Step 1: Sign up to switch your telephone number to Digicel at any of our retail stores on Fort Street Basseterre St. Kitts or Charlestown Nevis.

Step 2:  On the Digicel St.Kitts & Nevis website ( Digicel | Switch To Digicel | St. Kitts & Nevis (digicelgroup.com)-) and follow the steps communicated by the Agent.

 

  1. How and when will Winners be selected and announced?

Winners will be selected at random from the complete listing of all eligible participants during the Promotional May 6th to May 26th, 2024.  One winner will be selected weekly every Friday, 4 winners in total. The selection will take place at the Digicel Head located at the Koi Building on Airport Road. The selected customers will then be contacted by Marketing Executive via telephone directly or Live on Radio and the winning customer will be Posted on Digicel’s social media platforms both Facebook & Instagram.

 

  1. Will I be notified when I win the promotion?

Yes. Selected Customers will be notified by a Digicel Representative calling the mobile number used by the selected customer advising them that they have won.

 

  1. What Prizes can I win?

Winners will be selected weekly to win the following prize:

  1. A Spa Day for You and Your Mom at Chop Shop

 

      

 

 

  1. What do I need to know about collecting my prize if I am a winner? 

 

  1. If you win, a Digicel representative will contact you by telephone.
  2. A maximum of three (3) attempts will be made to call you within a period of twenty-four (24) hours.
  3. During the telephone call, our Digicel Representative will advise you where and how to redeem your prize, if you are not able to collect you will need to provide the Digicel representative with the name and contact number of the person who will collecting on your behalf. That person will need to provide a local ID and will need to take the winning photo for Digicel’s social platforms in order to redeem that prize on your behalf.

 

  1. You will be required to provide a government-issued identification in the form of a Passport, Driver's License or National Identification Card.

 

 

  1. What happens if the prize is not claimed? 
    1. If you win you will have 2 days in which to claim your prize.

If the prize is not claimed within the allotted time, a representative will reach out to you in order to inform you that the period has passed, and another customer will be selected as a result.

 

Additional Terms and Conditions

 

  1. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any prizes redeemed through this Promotion.

 

  1. Warranty and support information will be included in product packaging.

 

  1. For customer support, or to report a problem or send us your feedback, please contact us via the My Digicel mobile http://si.mydigicel.net

 

 

  1. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for equipment, connectivity and data usage in relation to your participation in the Promotion.

 

  1. You agree that if you are a winner, you will permit photographs of you to be taken and for your image, likeness and name (your “Likeness”) to be used for public relations and marketing purposes free of cost, including the publishing of your Likeness on social media, mainstream media and other platforms that we may choose. If you refuse to do so, you acknowledge that this will result in forfeiture of your right to claim the prize

 

  1. We reserve the right to award any forfeited or unclaimed prize to the next qualifying customer selected in the same manner as the first winner.

 

  1. We reserve the right to terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.

 

  1. We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you at our discretion.

 

  1. Any personal data relating to you will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by us to assist with running the Promotion on our behalf and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without your prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are selected) and any other purposes to which you have consented.   1. Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming or collecting any prize.

 

  1. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the My Digicel mobile application. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

 

  1. The terms and conditions which apply to you are those published on the Digicel website at the time that your subscription is most recently activated. These Terms will only apply for the Promotional Period.
