HOW TO PORT:

In order to switch to Digicel you will require:

1.A FLOW Sim activated before May 1st, 2021

2.A valid government issued ID

3.A Digicel compatible handset

To Note:

 No credit loans should attached to the number when attempting to switch network. If there is a loan attached it has to be cleared prior to switching network.

 The number which the customer would like to switch should not have been ported less than 90 days ago.
