1.      What are the LTE Data Only Plans?                                                                                    

New LTE Data Plans gives you a better, shaper and SUPER-FAST LTE experience!! With these plans you will LOVE the LTE experience anywhere and anytime.

 

2.      Who can benefit from the LTE Data Plans?

All Digicel prepaid customers can love the SUPER-FAST LTE experience!

 

3.      How many LTE Data Plans can I choose from?

4.      Why should I buy a LTE Data Only plans?

5.      Can I activate a LTE Data Plans now?

Yes, you can activate any of our newest LTE Data Plans via the My Digicel App at p.mydigicel.net, or by dialing *246# to access the prepaid service menu option 1 “LTE Data Plans”.         

 

6.      How will I know when my LTE Data Plans is active?

We'll send a confirmation message to let you know that you're free to use your LTE Data Only plan, this message will also include the expiration date.

 

7.        If my LTE Data Plans expires, can I keep using my Add-on?

Unfortunately, no. Your Add-on will expire along with your LTE Data Only plan.

 

8.      What happens when the megabytes in my LTE Data Plans are finished?

You'll receive a friendly text message giving you options to renew or upgrade your LTE Data Plans or you can upgrade to a Quick Pick Bundle Plan.

 

9.      How many times can these plans be activated?

As many times as you wish. As long as you have enough credit, you can choose a new LTE Data Only plan, even while you have an existing LTE data plan. Data allotment will be accumulated and we will keep longest expiry date.                          


                                                                                   

10.    Will I incur charges once my data is finished and my plan is still active?               

Standard overage rate of BBD $0.61/MB will be applied if you finished your data and your plan is still active.                                                                            

 

11.   Can I activate another LTE Data Plan if I already have one active?

Sure. When you activate a LTE Data Plans while another is already active, you'll receive all the benefits of the new plan and still be able to use both until each bundle expires on its own end-date.                                  

                                                                                   

12.    What happens if I choose not to activate a LTE Data Plan?

Standard charges will apply. Data will be charged at BBD $0.61 per megabyte.

 

13.   How will I be notified when my LTE Data Plan expires?                                                     

Before your LTE Data Only expires, you will receive a reminder letting you know that your plan is about to expire. If you do not activate a new LTE Data plan, we'll send you another reminder, just in case you forget.

14.   Does the LTE Data Only automatically renew?

Yes, all our New LTE Data Only will auto-renew as long as there is sufficient credit on your account. We encourage you to top up by visiting t.mydigicel.net to add more credit to your account.

15.   Can I opt-out of auto-renewal?

Yes, you can opt-out of auto-renewal by using the service menu *246#, press option “Balances” and select the option “Opt Out” You can also visit the My Digicel App at p.mydigicel.net to view and manage your plan where you can also choose to opt-out of auto-renewal.

16.   Am I able to use my LTE Data Plan after it expires?

No, after your LTE Data Plan expires, you lose all the benefits.

17.    How do I check the data balance of my LTE Data Plan?

You have two ways:

·          Service Menu: *246# -enter the “Balances” menu, to check the expiry, available data and data balances.

·         My Digicel App – click on the app and go to ‘Accounts and Balances’.

 

Terms & conditions

The LTE Data Plans is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of this promotion.

 

 Digicel reserves the right to terminate your use of the LTE Data Plans forthwith without notice if in its sole opinion the promotion is being abused by you.

 

 Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the LTE Data Plans being offered to its customer at its discretion.

 

 Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its LTE Data Only Plan. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the LTE Data Only Plan, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

 

 Customers should be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made via the use of a USSD code from a mobile handset shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.

 

Subject to the above, the standard Prepaid and LTE terms and conditions shall apply.
