What are the new Mega Plans?
Prepaid customers have several options on activating Mega Plans to receive more DATA. These are:
- Activate via UMM (dial *136# and select Mega Bundles then your desired plan)
- Activate via MDA | Open MDA and select Plans and Bundles, then Mega Bundles
- You can also visit the nearest Retail Store where our friendly staff will assist you
How do i check my Mega Data Plan balance?
The MyDigicel app is the best place for self-service with your Digicel account. You can check your data balance by opening the MyDigicel App.
Do i get dedicated data for the Apps like the Prime Bundles?
No, the Digicel Mega Data Plans do not include data for apps. Any data usage will take from your main data allotment.
