4.    How are my entries counted?

• Entries for H&E/ISP will be counted per Maota Plan opt in and Sign Up/Reconnection of TV subscription

For example:

H&E and ISP – A customer signs up for a TV Plan- from $49 or $99 OR opt in for a Maota Plan (plan specifically for Mifi or Routers- $79, $109, $149 $199) to gain entries. One entry entitlement per activity.
