Thursday, 22nd March 2018 – Apia, Samoa - The highly anticipated World Boxing heavyweight unification fight between Joseph Parker and Anthony Joshua in Cardiff on 1st April is now a reality for the lucky mother and son duo from Foaluga, Savaii who won the Digicel Top Up and Win Promotion.

Digicel Samoa CEO, Farid Mohammed said, “We want to congratulate Solomona and his mother Senara for being loyal Digicel customers. This is the fourth time we are sending our loyal customers to witness and support Joseph Parker in person at his fights and each time it feels like we are there with him in the ring. This is just one of the many ways that we have been able to reward our customers. They are not only representing Digicel, but also representing the rest of us here at home in Samoa who will be watching the fight on TV.”

An enthusiastic Senara mother of Solomona added, “I answered the phone, as Solomona was outside doing some work. When the girl said that the number was the winner to travel to Wales to watch the Joseph Parker fight, I was so excited! I couldn’t believe it! When she asked me who would accompany him, of course I said I would accompany my son!”
