This notice serves to inform you that as of 30th June 2022, the PlayGo app and as of 29th July 2022, Billo and D’Music app will no longer be included in Digicel’s suite of apps (with no new customers for those services as of 29th June 2022). PlayGo app will be replaced by the new DigicelTV app which will be live from 1st July.

 

We have been listening to you, our customers, and in honouring our customer promise to always act on your feedback, we are moving away from these apps. You will get the same great value for money that our Digicel Prime Bundles offer, but instead of being restricted to Billo for storage and D’Music for music, we’re providing you with new options and leaving the choice up to you to decide how to use your dedicated data.

 

Going forward, we will focus our energies on continuing to deliver excellent customer experience through our amazing Digicel Prime Bundles and the BiP, MyDigicel app and services. Thank you for your feedback and continued loyalty.

Billo Users

For all existing Billo users, you can still access your file via the Lifebox app (subscription-based third-party app) using your Billo login credentials.
