1.    What is the cost?
Cost is 5,000Vt VAT included.

2.    How can I sign up for this plan?
Customer visit Digicel store in Flagship 1 or 2 at Nambatu or Santo anf fill up a postpaid form to sign up for the plan.

3.    Is a deposit needed?
NO deposit required

4.    How long is the plan valid for?
30 days

5.    Does the plan automatically renews after every 30 days?
Plan will only renew or data bundle of Unlimited Data capped at 50GB will only be re-attached to account if payment of 5,000vt is done before or after 30th day of active subscription

No bundle will be receive if no payment done.

6.    What happens if I don’t do any payment before or after the 30th day of my active or expired subscripion?
Customer will need to visit a Digicel Store or HQ to make payment and have his new ISP plan attached

7.    Does plan apply on  Roaming?
No plan does not apply on roaming

8.    Does Rollover apply to this plan?
No, unused data bundle will be forfeited and once payment done Unlimited data allowance re-attached capped at 50GB

9.    What is the browsing speed?
Speed is at 1mbps for the first 50GB data allowance and Throttled at 256kbps after the 50GB data allowance is used up and while plan is still active

10.    Can customer top up and sign up again to the plan on expiry?
No, this plan will be billed and upon payment over the counter or on DD, system will re-attached plan automatically. In the case where bundle is not received, please contact customer care on 123 to have your account checked

We do not recommend customer to make a top up as this will not trigger the data bundle to re-attach on the account.

11.    How can customer know their usage and data balance?

Log onto modem and send SMS

  • Blade Modem:
    1. Connect to your BLADE modem
    2. Enter URL provided on the modem into your web browser (Example: http://192.168.1.1)
    3. Login to the modem
    a. Username : admin
    b. Password : admin
    4. Click on SMS Mail icon on the top right
    5. In Phone Number enter 130
    6. In Content enter balance
    7. Click Send to receive the data balance message.

  • Pocket Mifi Modem:
    1. Connect to your Pocket MIFI modem
    2. Enter URL provided on the modem into your web browser (Example: http://192.168.1.1)
    3. Login to the modem
    a. Username : admin
    b. Password : admin 
    4. Click Confirm
    5. Click SMS on the top tab
    6. Click New Message
    7. In the Recipient field enter 130
    8. Click Send to receive the data balance message.
