Digicel Vanuatu has its customers covered at any time, with our new low balance services. Now, Prepaid customers with a low balance or no balance won’t be caught without thanks to the bunch of low balance services offered to them. The low balance service offering includes: Credit Advance, Please Call me, Credit Me and Credit U.

Digicel helps you through rough times with Digicel Credit Advance. This service allows all Digicel Prepaid customers to get VUV 100 credit advance at any time by dialing *164# from their Digicel phone. The customers will get VUV 100 on their phone straight away to call and text any number, or get their data bundle. The VUV 100 will be deducted from the next top up. A VUV 10 fee applies.

  • All rates are VAT inclusive
  • Service available only for Digicel Prepaid customers for more than 30 days with less than VUV 29 on their main account.

 

Digicel offers Prepaid customers the opportunity in tough times to let your friends and relatives know that you would like them to call you thanks to Please Call Me Service. When you have less than VUV 7 on your main account, you can send a message to your Digicel friends and relatives to ask them to call you. It is a convenient and easy service that is offered to all the prepaid customers for free.

Follow the steps below to use Please Call Me:

  1. Dial * 126*NUMBER OF THE PERSON# and “CALL”.
  2. The person will receive a message with your mobile number mentioning that you want to be called by him or her.

 

Digicel Credit Me gives Digicel Prepaid Customers the option of requesting credit from friends and family in Vanuatu. This easy and reliable service designed for prepaid customers will ensure you have available credit in no-time. Sending a Credit Me request is quick, easy and FREE!

To send a Credit Me request follow these steps:

  1. Dial *127*PHONE NUMBER*AMOUNT OF CREDIT REQUESTED# and press “CALL”.
  2. Your friend will receive a text message from your number asking them to send you Digicel credit.
  3. Latest, check your phone, balance will be displayed

To check your account balance:

  1. Dial *120#.
  2. Then press “CALL”.

Credit U is a service that allows you to share or transfer credit from your own Prepaid account to your friends or family’s prepaid accounts using your Digicel phone. You may transfer any amount between VUV 50 and VUV 500. A VUV 20 fee will apply and be deducted from the amount you send.

Only Digicel Prepaid customers can send credit with Credit U and only Digicel Prepaid customers can receive credit this way.

Follow the steps below to use Credit U:

  1. Dial *128*PHONE NUMBER OF THE RECEIVER*AMOUNT OF CREDIT# and press “CALL”.
  2. Both users who are sending/receiving will receive a confirmation message.
  3. Lastly, check your phone, balance will be displayed.

 To check your account balance:

  1. Dial *120#.
  2. Then press “CALL”.
