These My Digicel “Shake and Win Promotion” (the “Promotion”) Frequently asked Questions (“FAQ”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for chances to win certain prizes on the My Digicel mobile application (the “App”). You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Digicel Group Limited, a company registered under the laws of Bermuda with registered offices at Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton HM11, Bermuda. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “You” means the person accessing or using the App to participate in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Promotion on the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
My Digicel App is required to take part in Shake it to win initiative.
Opting into Awesome data plans, Awesome All In one plans, Old All in One and every other plans will make you eligible for an instant shake.
Customers will be notified of the eligibility to Shake-It via messaging as soon as customers opt into an eligible plan.
Customer will then go into My Digicel App and into the Shake it functionality. Shaking will result in the customer winning an instant reward of free dMusic, free minutes and free data or will receive a ‘Better luck next time’ message. The Free rewards will be valid for a specified period.
A unique customer can only win a reward once within the 24 hours.
Every Saturday, all the customers with an eligible plan will be allowed to have a free Shake.
Shake and Win promotion for the month of August will end on the 30th of September.
