Mifi/Dongle customer top up by 500VT, 1000VT, 3000VT or 5000VT in 1 single transaction and will get the Data Bundle allocated to the top up done. E.g. when customer top up with specific amount of 500VT in one single transaction, 500VT will be deducted from their account and they will receive 2.2GB data bundle valid 7 days.

If customer make a top up of 1000VT in 1 single top up, 1000VT will be deducted and customer will receive 5GB data valid 30 days

If customer top up 3000VT in 1 single top up, 3000VT will be deducted and customer will receive 17GB data valid 30 days

If customer top up 5000VT in 1 single top up, 5000VT will be deducted and customer will receive 30GB data valid 30 days.

Data bundle is received upon specific top up amount per table above.

1.    Is accumulative top up applied?
No, accumulative top up does not apply on this offer. Meaning if customer top up 200VT and then 300VT, this will not trigger the 500VT data bundle of 2.2GB. Credit will remain on customer ABM which can be used to purchase other data/mifi data plans via MyDigicel app.

2.    Can customer get multiple top up to get the data bundle?
Yes multiple top up applied to get multiple data bundles. E.g. if customer top up 500VT in the morning, 500VT is deducted and customer will receive 2.2GB valid 7 days. And later the day he/she does another top up of 1000VT, 1000VT will be deducted and customer will receive 5GB data valid 30 days.

There is no limitation in the top up, as long as the top up done is a fix amount of 500VT, 1000VT, 3000VT or 5000VT to trigger the allocated data bundle.

3.    How will customer be notified of their data usage?
Customer will receive a URL redirection page will will show them 60% of their data usage, 90% and then 100% of their usage. (To Be Reconfirmed)

4.    If the offer applied to anyone?
Offer only apply to MiFi/ Dongle subscribers who are under the MiFi/Dongle Priceplan 29901 All MiFi/Dongle MSISDNs under 29901 price plan and with Bolton ID – 6366 enabled will be able to use this offer.

5.    What top up platform is applicable to the offer?
All top up platform – voucher cards, Telepin, EVD, online

6.    What will happen if I top up more than the offer fix amount required?
Customer credit will not be deducted and customer will not receive the allocated data bundle you wanted. Your top up credit will remain in your main balance. If customer wish to purchase a Data plan, they will need to visit MyDigicel app.

7.    What happens if customer use up the data bundle? Will they be able to browse out of bundle?
Yes, customer will be able to continue browsing OOB at a rate of 5VT/MB. Once allocated data bundle is used up, customer will receive default message to confirm browsing without any data bundle by texting Y to 515.

Note that voice call is disabled on Mifi/Dongle price plan 29901. Only sending SMS is enabled but customer will be charged at a rate of 12vt/SMS.
