The Campaign involves a competition for the design of a unique and engaging mascot that will resonate with our customers on the BiP mobile application (“BiP”). We are inviting all young digital creatives to submit their mascot design using BiP and Billo (the “Apps”).
The Campaign is valid from February 1, 2021 through to March 12, 2021 (the “Campaign Period”).
Anyone between the ages of 14 and 29 may participate in the Campaign. If you are under the age of 14, you may only participate with the written consent of a parent or guardian.
The following persons may not participate in the Campaign:
a. Any person who, at any time on or after August 1st, 2020, was or is a director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel Vanuatu or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel Vanuatu;
b. Families of our employees; and
c. Any person who does not reside in one of our Caribbean, Latin American or South Pacific markets.
