1. What is Digicel My Way?

Digicel My Way is a credit arrangement which allows our customers to purchase handsets by making a small down-payment on any smartphone of their choice. The remaining cost of the smartphone can be spread over 3 to 12 manage able monthly payments.

2. Who can get Digicel My Way?

Digicel My Way is available to all new smart plan postpaid customers or upgrading postpaid customers within the last 90 days of their current contract. 

3. How do I qualify for Digicel My Way?

Qualifying for Digicel My way is simple:

  • Choose any Digicel Postpaid smart plan
  • Choose a 1 or 2 year contract
  • Choose your favorite 4G smartphone from $200.00 and up 

4. How do the monthly payments work?    

Spreading the cost of your smartphone over manage able monthly payments is simple:

  • Choose your preferred repayment amount $25.00,$50.00, 75.00, $100.00
  • Choose your preferred repayment period 3 to12 months
  • Choose your favorite 4G smartphone

We will calculate your repayment plan based onthe above choices. Depending on your preferred repayment amount and time period, you will be required to make a small down-payment on your handset of 20%

5. How will I know how much I need to pay each month?    

An agreement form is signed by you and a Digicel Customer Service representative at the point of sale. The form will detail your chosen repayment schedule, the amount that you need to pay each month, and the balance owing at the end of each month. The monthly repayment amount will be included on your bill and must be paid each month on your billing due date.

6. How much is the down-payment?

The down-payment is 20% of the total cost of the handset.

7. Can I repay the balance on the phone before the end of the repayment period?

Yes, amounts greater than the monthly payment is acceptable at any time during the repayment period. 

8. What if I miss a monthly payment for the phone but pay my regular bill on time?

It is important that you stay up-to-date with your agreed payment schedule. You will run the risk of disconnection if you fail to pay a portion of your regular bill. If you are unable to make a payment please contact a member of our Customer Care team before your next payment is due.

9. What postpaid plans qualify?

Any Digicel postpaid smart plan with 4G data qualifies for Digicel My Way.

10. Can I purchase any phone this way?

No. The phone must be a smartphone that costs a minim um of US$200.00.

11. I already have a Digicel postpaid plan on a two year contract?

You will still be eligible for Digicel My Way if you agree to renew your contract for another two years after the existing contract ends.

12. What happens if I lose my handset?

You are responsible for your handset once you sign your contractual agreement. If the handset is lost, you are still liable to make the monthly payments until the balance is fully paid.

13. What happens if my handset is faulty?

Digicel has a 3 month warranty against manufacturer faults and a faulty handset would be replaced like for like in this case.

14. How do I make my monthly payments?

The easiest way to pay is via auto pay with your credit card. We will automatically request the payment when your bill is due. With auto pay you will never miss a payment and never forget to pay.
