d. By contacting Customer Care by calling #100 from your Digicel handset
Do these plans auto-renew?
Yes, this plan automatically renews upon expiry, and any plan that auto-renew will get an automatic discount from the regular price.
· If at expiry, the customer has sufficient credit, the plan will auto-renew.
· If the customer has insufficient credit at plan expiry, the auto-renewal will have failed, and the Prime Ultra Bundle will end.
Customers will receive a notification 2 days and 1 day before their Prime Ultra Bundle expires, advising that their plan will auto-renew.
